We worked together with Ryan and his team on a large corporate picnic. Ryan was very detailed, communicated in a timely manner and very professional. Leading up to the event date, his communication was very informative and easy to follow which ultimately lead to a seamless and successful event. On the day of the event, everything was executed flawlessly, there was no last minute scrambling or rush because everyone and everything was in place.

Aside from top notch professionalism, his eye for details and design for the event were amazing. The event had an Italian theme and every aspect, from the food to the servers to the decor were on point. The event guests were truly treated to a party they will never forget.

Absolutely fantastic events. We have had several events with Ryan and they do a great job every time. For each of our holiday parties they have completely transformed our space. It makes the party so special and surprising for everyone.

One year it felt like we were walking into a huge 5 star ski lodge, another year it felt like we were walking into an amazing 1920s nightclub. Our summer outdoor tent parties have been wonderful too, with lots of fun surprises.

Ryan’s ideas really allow you to bring large groups together but still provide spaces where smaller groups of people can talk with each other. We will continue to work with him in the future.

From their customer service, creative eye, and execution and delivery — they turn your vision into a reality. Our 2023 party was one for the books with our Speakeasy holiday party. They completely transformed our building and made you feel like you were in the roaring 20s era. Our employees were blown away with the decor, entertainment and had the best time!

Ryan and his team at Event Mechanics Co. are world class! They gave us some themes for our company holiday party we were having onsite at our office, and they knocked it out of the park. It's a grand feat to transform the office building employees come to every day into an amazing party venue, but they did it! We've received nothing but comments from employees how this was the best party we've held and they were so impressed with the entire event.
