I don’t travel as frequently as in years past but when I do, I appreciate good service. I have used Bradley Taxi and Limousine Service exclusively, they are great at tracking your flights and communicating with you. My driver, Hany was exceptional. I received a confirmation text the day before my pickup and again the day of my departure to let me know he was on the way. Upon my return, he again let me know he was tracking my flight. When I arrived at the airport, he let me know he was waiting for me. After a long travel day, it is very reassuring to know that your transportation needs are taken of. Hany is very personable and professional. I would highly recommend him.

We used Bradley Taxi and Limo for my daughter's return to school. When it became apparent that her flight would be delayed by many hours, they were on top of it, reaching out and communicating with her throughout the evening to reassure her that they were aware of the delays and would be there regardless. Never once did I worry about her safety or welfare - it was incredibly reassuring to know that they would be there and return her safely to school, despite the late hours. Bradley Taxi and Limo is courteous, professional and reliable. We will always use their services when in the area!

When I needed a ride to and from Bradley airport from downtown New Haven, I chose Bradley Taxi and Limo based off their reviews. I had high expectations for them and they exceeded every single one of my expectations. Contacting them was easy. I sent an email requesting a quote and received a response within 30 minutes of my original email. Hany was so helpful. He clarified a few questions I had and checked in with me 24 hours prior to my pick up time to make sure I knew what time to expect him. The car ride up to Hartford was very pleasant. I took and early flight and came back on a late flight. I had the opportunity to sleep on the drive and do a little chatting with the driver. I have tried other car services in CT and this company has definitely been the best. I will use them again when I need a ride to Bradley from New Haven. They are friendly, convenient and affordable.

I have used Hany and his team at Bradley Taxi and Limo to get to and from the airport for business travel. I’ve had trips to Bradley but most recently Hany picked me up at Boston Logan airport when Amtrak changed my train time. I reached out to Hany the day before I needed to be picked up and he rescheduled to make sure he could come get me. The cars are always clean, comfortable and I enjoy chatting with Hany on our trips. He is great at communicating and travel is always seamless. I really appreciate having a reliable driver from my home in CT to all of the airports. Hany of Bradley Taxi and Limo Company was our driver from Bradley Hartford Airport to our hotel in Storrs CT. He was full of knowledge about the area where we were staying. After he dropped us off, he took the time to contact the manager of our hotel to help us find local transportation to help us get around. The manager told us Hany called him because Hany was concerned with our safety and he knew we had to go to a Wedding. We were completely dependent on someone transporting us from Point A to Point B. We were put in touch with a reliable company to take us around. Hany was on top of communicating with us on each pickup. I am highly recommending this service. I would use them again the next time I travel to Connecticut. Very professional service and a pleasure being a passenger.
