Enttäuschende Organisation und unpassendes Vorprogramm

Leider war die Organisation des Kid Ink Konzerts am 05.02. äußerst mangelhaft. Die Tickets wurden über Eventim erworben, wobei der Einlass offiziell für 18:30 Uhr angekündigt war. Tatsächlich erfolgte der Einlass jedoch erst um 19:15 Uhr, was auf eine schlechte Planung und fehlende Abstimmung seitens des Veranstalters schließen lässt.

Besonders irritierend war zudem das Vorprogramm: Der eingeladene DJ „Carl Bangz“ lieferte eine wenig überzeugende Performance, die stilistisch nicht zum Hauptact passte. Anstatt einer angemessenen musikalischen Einstimmung auf Kid Ink wurde unter anderem deutschsprachiger Rap wie Haftbefehl gespielt, was weder zur Zielgruppe noch zur erwarteten Atmosphäre passte.

Insgesamt war das Event organisatorisch enttäuschend und ich kann diesen Veranstalter leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Konzertausfall wegen Corona. Trotz mehrerer Anfragen per Mail bezüglich Rückerstattung der Wertgutscheine aufgrund Härtefallregelung, keine Reaktion, keine Antwort, keine Rückerstattung. Auch nachdem unser Anwalt ein Schreiben versandte, keinerlei Reaktion.
Es scheint nur der Klageweg zu bleiben, sehr sehr traurig und für alle anderen, Vorsicht bei Shooter Promotions.

Perfektes Augenmaß für Angebot und Nachfrage, freundliches und personalstarkes Security-Team, frühzeitiger Einlass ohne Gedränge - rundum ein hervorragend organisierter Abend in Offenbach.

Ja.. es ist Corona Zeit...
Aber..Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Keine Weiterleitung o.ä. vom Büro ins HomeOffice. Nicht jeder kennt die bekannten Nummer, wie es im AB heißt.
Auf Mails werden nicht geantwortet.
Antworten bei Facebook erhält man auch nicht.
Leider versuche ich seit 4 Wochen jmd. zu erreichen. Trauriger Service..
