Becky with LBAC is a dream to work with! This is our 3rd trip she has planned for us and we will forever continue to use her services. I’d like to express my sincere appreciation to Tracy Geraghty of LBAC Travel for going above and beyond to help us prepare and schedule all aspects of our week long DisneyWorld vacation for our family. Late January - early February 2024, we stayed at the Old Key West Villa Resort and the accommodations did not disappoint! We loved our space. It was roomy, furnished and decorated very nicely and well equipped with appliances (washer/dryer/dishwasher/vacuum,etc), even a full kitchen, and it was perfect for our 4 adult/ 2 kid family sharing the space.

Tracy consulted with us via text and phone conversations at times that were most convenient to my husband and me. She went out of her way to suggest places of interest to visit, restaurants to eat at and rides to not miss! Tracy from start to finish worked to help us edit and update our itinerary so that it was perfectly timed for what we wanted to see and do. Tracy was choc full of tips and tricks, ideas and suggestions. Prior to our visit she made sure we had all of our information about travel accommodations to and from airport, our dinner reservations and give us reminders about things we had to make sure to do.
During our stay Tracy was kind enough to help us trouble shoot some magic band issues!

When looking for a travel agent that really has your best interest in mind you need to ask for Laura! Front the first contact to the day we came back she was on top of everything we needed and asked about. She understood my families needs, from my two little ones, to my wife’s fears and doubts, to my mother’s needs who was having last minute health issues, she made sure every detail was cared for. There was no pressure to sell, no suggestions that didn’t align with our families needs, and no lack of communication. Until the night prior to our trip she did a final check to ensure any last minute issues were taken care of. Not until this experience did I ever think this was a necessary resource, but this experience really ensured my family had the best trip ever!
