This place is really nice, clean, and peaceful. Unfortunately, the front desk service manager was not cordial nor friendly. I asked where the conference room was located, and he just pointed to the left, and I had to figure out myself because his instructions were not helpful at all. I heard the same complaints from other members of the group of 20 that we accommodated in this hotel. In my opinion, if you are the front desk manager, you should be more helpful to the guests. You are the first person we meet when entering the hotel. Therefore, service should be much better than what we received during our stay.

Sorry to say that our experience was not a good one for several reasons. The staff was not at all welcoming or friendly.||The heat in our room was uncomfortable in that the fan and temperature were hard to regulate.||The water bottles in the room had a $1.50 price tag, the warm buffet breakfast was $17.00. No courtesy anything..||We spent the second half of our trip at Homewood Suites where we felt very welcomed, had a larger suite, breakfast at no additional charge and it was$20.00 cheaper.

Stayed here for a few nights on a business trip. Overall decent hotel. However, there was a fire alarm that went on at 5:00 in the morning one night. Required everybody to go outside until the fire trucks came and checked it out, turns out it was a false alarm. Ruined my day due to exhaustion. I called the front desk the next day to see if there was any kind of compensation being offered, at least a fee drink at the bar? The front desk clerk acted like I was insane and was apparently not aware of what happened the night before. She told me to call back between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. "when the manager comes in" Completely ridiculous. Any halfway decent place would apologize and offer you something so you are not left feeling sore about the whole experience. Poor customer service. Also the sheets seemed used when I got in. Breakfast "buffet" was mediocre and cost $12. The only positive encounter was a very polite and helpful waitress in the morning who helped me take my food to go. Also it was pretty quiet and right next to the highway hence two stars instead of one . Will not stay here again.

Long post… I stayed on 11/22.

The room was fine, my experience at the front desk was terrible. We had returned from a wedding around 1130 and went to check in only to find that your payment system was new and not functioning correctly. I patiently allowed your staff to keep trying my card (which returned an error), we ended up trying 2 different cards which did not work. Card was fine, I’ve been using it since with no issue. I must have been at the front desk for 20m as I missed out on the after party (thanks for that). Staff then let’s us go and says we’d get a free room. I then receive 2 early phone calls to the room from the hotel looking payment the next morning (first around 9). I mean really You have name, my number and my card on file. I then receive a THIRD call a little after 10 on my cell, when I told staff we would stop by the desk on the way out. Being harassed early in the morning after a late night is not what I expected when it was YOUR PAYMENT SYSTEM ISSUE. Never staying at this hotel again and still had paid full price for the room (after I was told it was free). If I could give 0 stars I would. Reposting this to google and every hotel review site I can find.

Came in for a business trip to North Haven and wasn’t disappointed with this hotel! Great breakfast…it’s a buffet but not included with your rate. But super manageable. Room was clean, quiet and cool. Pool was closed, but it has a fitness center. Easy on/off from 91.

We had a very short stay. Just long enough to give us some shut eye on our long drive. Even though it was short, it was great! Andrea and the other woman who was working at the front desk were amazing! I have been to a lot of hotels and they were the nicest and friendliest receptionists! They were fantastic! Our trim was clean and comfortable. We have 2 dogs and they enjoyed the stay too! Since our stay was short, we did not use any of the amenities. Looking forward to staying here in the future!

Stayed several days in conjunction with a wedding. Rooms were nice. Location right off the highway. On Sunday, the inner lobby door was locked, requiring the use of one's room key when going to and from one's car upon re-entry. Wish it had an EV charger.

Be careful if you're staying here for business. I reserved a basic 2x queen room with no upgrades, no bonuses, as a diamond member through the Hilton honors app. That's the room I received, nothing special. When I received the invoice for the room it had a $20/day upgrade charge for every day I stayed there. The room was once again a basic twin queen room, nothing special. I didn't eat the breakfast and made sure that it wouldn't be billed before finishing check in. I called to follow up and received a runaround that this location had been going through a system upgrade and that they wouldn't be able to do anything about this. And that I could contact a manger but they're not in today and I was welcome to leave a message. I stay in Hilton brand hotels around the country week in and week out for work, indifferent of billing system upgrades or not upgrading a standard double queen room, to a standard double queen room is like charging for premium gas and pumping regular. Be careful if you have expense reports wrapped up with your hotel Billings if you choose this location.
