Sarah and the whole team at TUSK were wonderful to work with. She was professional and understood the vision we had; she turned our home into a dream home. Not only does Sarah have a refined and beautiful taste when it comes to finalizing interior decor, but also has excellent project management skills. She was able to secure furniture for us within the promised time frame, which is certainly a challenge in our post-pandemic world. We had a wonderful experience working with Sarah from Tusk. She had a phenomenal vision for the unfinished space and worked collaboratively with us to create the perfect third floor oasis with lots of personal touches. If anything did come up, she was always quick to reply and assist with a solution. The overall process was extremely streamlined which made the stress of construction a whole lot less stressful. We have been enjoying the beautiful space and would highly recommend Sarah and her team!

We hired one of their decorators to work on decorating for our office, dining room, and hallway. Unfortunately, communication throughout the process was extremely challenging. Less than 90 days after we received our runner, it began fraying and looked extremely worn. Despite reaching out, we received no communication regarding a resolution. We then had a flood in our home and it wasn’t until after I told them the runner had to be thrown out that they told me they were “working on finding a local company to re-bind the rug”…. No one had ever communicated this with me. Shortly after I reported the runner issue, we noticed significant wear on the arm of the desk chair we purchased through them (chair being essentially brand new and barely used). When we raised this with the decorator, we were told the vendor refused to address it, claiming it was normal wear: “I have reviewed the images and order and it does appear that the issue in the images is consistent with wear and tear.” . Our decorator then changed the story and said they wouldn’t cover repairs or replacement because we caused the damage ourselves by sliding the chair under the desk It’s clear they don’t stand behind their products, nor are they willing to advocate for their clients when issues come up. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering their services, as I will not be returning as a customer.
