Reconfirmed rental details with their office yesterday. The rented water slide never arrived. Our children were so excited for the waterslide and so disappointed that it was not there. Can you imagine if it was a party for your child?! What a terrible experience and poor service! We are a non-profit in Fairfield County. Rented for a community event in March and delivery was several hours late. Should jave known! We complained and they issued a credit towards future rental which we were using towards today's event. Will go elsewhere for future events. Here's the empty patch where the inflatable should have been.

I have used this company twice and both times they were amazing! I worked with Mike this past time and he was very easy to get in contact with. Both items we rented: the dual dry slide & the castle bounce house were the hit of the party! I also used the generator this past time and it was so easy and worth it! The entire process was flawless and the kids LOVED it!
