This is really a nice gem of a private park. Large spacious area that's available for private events for under $5000. It has a nice lake area that's loaded with fish. Numerous topwater strikes can be seen between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM right from shore. There's a small boat launch area for small boats such as kayaks of electric motored vessels. Plenty of room to walk on the paved pathways around to park. There's also a nice dock to fish off of, complete with a covered area at the end of the dock.

I drove there from Boston last Sunday. Although it was still a little late to see the foliage, this park is worth visiting. People there enjoy the time with their families.

Been coming here since I was a little kid, I remember playing with construction toys in the sand box. Now I'm 32 and I bring my kids there. They love the park and most of all the slide. We've been every season now and it's still always a adventure. I've fished here before as well, there's some big fish in there if you can get past the aquatic plants. Would love to see some more work put into this place to get it back to its glory days but still a great spot just the same. See you soon Roseland park.

This place is beautiful! We had my cousins bridal shower here and it was fantastic. The Barn is rustic, but doesn't feel like its going to fall down around you. They put a running water porta potty in the back for a little more civilized rustic experience, but the others are also all very clean. They let us get in Thursday and Friday for set up for a Saturday event. They even made a cute sign for the bride.

One my favorite places we were blessed to get married there and the owners are among the nicest people you'll meet. Also they have new activities like lazer tag coming soon! !

Used to visit here while growing up in Putnam. The lake is still beautiful but the facilities are run down and unattractive. There is no swimming allowed, which is unfortunate because I swam here a lot for years. Some places are best to remain as memories.

Clean park. Perfect to walk your dogs for a quick or average walk. Dogs must be leashed. Nice size playground with a variety of playground equipment to play on. My daughter and I love the big pirate ship sand box! Nice clean sand for the kids to play with. There's a pavilion with tables for anyone who wants to have a party there. Pretty, clean pond with a little pavillon on the docks. And indoor seating with an outdoor patio for events or to hang out and picnic. Fun place for family's or friends to gather. I recommend taking a couple of hours to check out. Minimum an hour. It's a small long loop.
