This was the worst hospital visit I’ve ever had in my entire life. I had a horseback riding accident and bang my knee really hard on a tree. Went to make sure nothing was cracked or broken. Waited five hours Was in a hospital bed with fuzz on the TV no signal The nurses didn’t answer. The buzzer didn’t give me any water. I was dehydrated.. After five hours, I finally got dressed And said I had to leave And they said good I don’t blame you. Most unprofessional nurse is a male nurse unprofessional People I’ve ever met in my life nobody would even show me that the way out. Don’t go here to waste your freaking time. They don’t care all they want is your money. I will never step foot in the hospital again I’d rather bleed out. Needless to say, I still need an x-ray so I’ll be going elsewhere for that. They let me leave in pain, not knowing If I needed further care, I understand sometimes there’s a wait, but they wouldn’t even check on me or come when I press The button that they told me to press if I needed anything, nobody came for another hour. I waited. God forbid you go there with a life-threatening problem because you won’t walk out. DAYKILLTHEM should be their name

absolute malpractice across the board. specially in the Emergancy Room, Med/Surge unit, and ICU unit. 100% malpractice. Zero communication between staff. Hiding stuff from pcps and power of attorneys. Not adding everything in chart. Completely lying. My grandmother went in for a blockage, which then turned into them running her insurance for about 12 different types of testing to ā€˜find nothing’. only to be still compacted after spending 2 weeks in the hospital. The staff has been telling us she’s BEEN making consistent bowel movements. Her nursing home just confirmed she hasn’t made a single bowel movement in the last 4 DAYS she spent in the med/surge unit in Day Kimball. All they do is run people’s insurance then send them home to die. NEVER go here. NEVER trust them with your life. they are not educated professionals. they are retired mean girls who only got this job bc they think it’ll make a man want them (it won’t)

My 88 year old father was brought in to the ER after he fell and hit his head. They were under staffed and very busy. They put him in the hallway next to a door that kept opening and closing in nothing but a diaper and a t shirt. It's December... They wouldn't admit him. They kept him in the hall there for over 24 hours.

Went for bloodwork here last year. Paid my co-pay insurance and thought I was fine. Randomly get a bill in the mail 7 months later, but whatever. Different story. So I’m making partial monthly payments on my own accord for it but checked the portal and saw no balance anymore. Called billing and literally because ā€œI didn’t set up a payment planā€ I got sent to collections despite actively paying them….. how absurd. The fact I wasn’t being delinquent should have been more incentive to NOT send me to collections. Whatever person or people in upper management decided that rule needs some better managerial skills.

If I could give no stars I would. I unfortunately have a seizure condition that developed when I was younger. They are non epileptic meaning i don't have epilepsy but I ACTUALLY have seizures. When I am brought here because they happen at work and it is protocol to be sent here from work I get a miss Dr. (PA) Campbell. She is quite literally the most rude dr I have ever met. Once admitted she barely spends time talking to you in the room and acts like she could care less about how you feel, if your in pain, etc. When this dr came into my room she immediately said "you're the one with the fake seizures." I corrected her and stated that they are Non tonic clonic non epileptic seizures, which are real seizures. Not every single seizure is because of epilepsy. Which her response was "yeah, the fake ones" my condition is real and so are my seizures. She discharged me saying everything is normal and I have now been waiting over an hour for someone to remove my iv. Horrible doctor and horrible experience.

You guys almost killed my brother when he had blood clots and you waited 5 HOURS to transfer him to UMASS. He is mostly fine now but has permanent scarring in his lungs. If he were transferred WAY sooner he wouldn’t have that. You guys all suck and you didn’t prioritize my brother in a life-threatening situation. You guys are crooks and criminals, all of you.

Just like Farmington CT Hospital. Understaffed, shortage of nurses needed, sub average bedside aftercare services. Day Kimball Hospital diagnosed my son with gallbladder stones and the surgery was Successful! Thank God.

Doctor sent over the information to the hospital and the hospital gave me a call and provided me with the earliest date and time for an MRI which on the phone I was given Tuesday @5pm. I agreed to it because it was the only option provided and showed up to my appointment and was told the ā€œthe time is too lateā€. I told the lady that you guys from the hospital called me and gave me that time… I didn’t ask for any specific times. The lady did do my MRI after complaining and stating I drove 40 minutes and left work early for this but overall maybe have whoever making these appointment provided with the right training and information first, before having to raise people’s blood pressure because they’re given information that wasn’t even right. The automated system even called me on Sunday and reminded me of the appointment details.
