One of the most bizarre experiences I have ever had with a hotel. Had a party stay here for my wedding. Very flexible in the beginning with room blocks and answering my questions - felt good about that and the room rate was solid.

Now fast forward. They offer breakfast (which was actually delicious), and I needed to provide a headcount before. In my emails with their team, it originally sounded like I needed an official count and to pay prior. We verified that was not the case and that I would pass out tickets to my guests. Cue to after my wedding when we arrived at the hotel. Person at the front desk could NOT have been more rude. Then informed me that 'tickets were my responsibility'. I have never been so confused. I was then informed later after complaining by the staff that I was expected to create breakfast tickets for my guests, like a school art project. How in the WORLD does this make any sense vs. me estimating the folks and just having them walk down to breakfast and say their party. This is absolutely asinine to me. When I brought this up, I got a rude response that I was told this "repeatedly". I have coordinate many events in my life; this is not a thing.

Additionally, the faucet in my room was broken, which sprayed all over my freaking wedding dress and my wig. The shower was also opposite cold vs. hot. I was told when I called down...would have been nice to know since they seemed fully aware and I wasted 20 minutes of the morning after my wedding and was late to my own breakfast because I was under the assumption that there was no hot water. The rooms are run down; furniture is scratched, tubs are stained, carpet is disgusting. My cousins' room had literal blood in it.

This hotel and space has a lot of potential. The grounds are nice, the place is huge. There is a tavern. The food is solid. The staff is so next level rude. And for this reason, I will not be back and neither will anyone in my party.

Overall nice hotel in a quiet location. The rooms are acceptable but may need some renovation. The gym is great but the breakfast buffet is disappointing.

Thank you to all of the staff and all in charge of the event scheduling. All of the hotel personnel are amazing. They're kind, attentive, and really take pride in their work, and it shows.

We attended with our parish group from St. Joachim Parish from New Britain CT. For us, this was a very important weekend for a convivence with a new community being formed in our parish.

The grounds ARE STUNNING!!!!! The hotel is beautiful!!!! There are so many little beautiful places to walk around in. Not to mention their own winery. The patio area is BEAUTIFUL!!!

The hotel staff was accommodating to all of our needs, which makes our process and planning easier to manage.

The event space was beautiful and large, and the staff was so helpful with a great spirit in their service.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and cleaning staff was so nice.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. Food was hot, always replenished, and the wait staff was so sweet and helpful always.

The lunches are the same, 😋 delicious.

Dinner was AMAZING!!!! We were really impressed at the amazing quality of food and service. Great job to all management and staff. You give a beautiful example of teamwork.

We are definitely pleased with all things, and we look forward to doing business with you again. From the parish and personal too.

I want to come back to try out your spa.

My experience was less than expected do to the fact of the knowledge of the front desk not being aware of the hot tub being out of order. My girlfriend and I have been here before and we both have neuropathy and love the hot tub at this facility which we on days upon arrival Manchin we loved because of are health. Front desk needs to know these things I feel because I was told they were unaware by the front desk manager. Also I feel it would have been nice knowing about events before I get there which may girlfriend and I call about months prior to arrival. A little compassion and respect would be nice from the front desk. I felt there was unprofessionalism as well as knowledge but the new years party was very nice. The food was also great.

This is a wonderful hotel. The amenities and staff are awesome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend the Heritage Hotel. I am absolutely looking forward to our next stay there. The courtyard and patio are both a nice place to sit outside and relax. There are several living rooms for guests to enjoy especially in cooler months when they light the fireplaces. You can enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee, or get a beverage from the Tavern restaurant and sit by the fire. It truly is a special place.

Was here for a Missions Banquet. Had a double room. Nice size to the room, but small bathroom.

Love the scent of wood as you walk down the halls.

On arrival, no one was at the front desk for check in, but there was a sign posted that they would return soon. After a brief wait, I was quickly processed and given room keys.

They have bell carts for transporting luggage to room. Luggage cart had a courtesy request to return cart to lobby. As I returned the cart, front desk quickly acknowledged and thanked me for returning cart.

Hotel has a seasonal outdoor pool and a year round indoor pool. Notices in lobby stated outdoor pool closes on September 25th.

They have a fitness center and a play room with a ping pong table, and a table for chess/checkers.

Banquet has many rooms available. Staff very attentive. Food served was good. Healthy options were available. Dessert table was an event fav. Many options to choose from. Coffee went down smooth.

Breakfast buffet lost 2 stars. Only one attendant. Some of the selections were cold. I do not blame the attendant, there should be two people there to stay on top of empty selections.

Be ready for a cramped elevator ride. However if you don’t mind the stairs, they have plenty of them.

Outdoor salt pool looked lovely but we didn’t swim this time.

This place was OK. Fairly ordinary but clean and large rooms. It's in a slightly boring area with not much to detain you in the evening time.

Don't bother with the breakfast, though. Massively overpriced for a very underwhelming buffet.
