WHAT A FIND & HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chef Abyssinia! I was in search of a great chef to come to our home and cook a surprise 60th birthday dinner for my husband and came across Chef Abyssinia with a Google search that turned up with many 5-star reviews. I called immediately and was fortunate she was available. It was a pleasurable experience from start to finish and if I could give more than a 5-star review I would. She is a warm, friendly, and incredibly talented chef who takes great pride in her work as was displayed by the preparation and deliciousness. I would go as far as saying it was one of our top 5 meals ever and we are big foodies. We went with the 4-course option that included Scallops Au Gratin, Winter Salad, Maple Glazed Salmon & Chocolate Mousse. We tasted the freshness and love with every bite. Thank you, Chef Abyssinia, for a memorable birthday celebration. Can't wait to have you back!!!

Chef Abyssinia catered a small surprise 30th Birthday dinner for us and did an absolutely fantastic job. She was very responsive and worked with us regarding any dietary restrictions in the weeks leading up to the dinner. The meal was excellent--and she even gave us her secret chicken seasoning recipe! Overall, it was a very special experience and I would absolutely recommend her for any catering needs.

Chef Abyssinia is amazing!!! During our bachelorette weekend, Chef Abyssinia came to the apartment one of the nights and the food was absolutely incredible!! She is so professional but also super personable and went with the flow of the night even though timing slightly changed last minute. Would recommend 100x over!!

Chef Abyssinia is amazing! I surprised my husband with a custom dinner for 2 in our home in Westchester. Chef Abyssinia knocked it out of the park. It was definitely the best gift I could have given my husband. Delicious food! I also enjoyed getting to speak with Chef Abyssinia and learning about her beautiful family and passion for cooking! I can't wait to find an excuse to use her again!

Abyssinia is truly one of the best! I hired Chef Abyssinia for a milestone birthday and it was amazing. We did a cocktail style small gathering and having Chef's Abyssinia delicious hors d'oeuvres took up the event an entire notch. Additionally, Chef Abyssinia is so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

After doing some research of finding a personal chef to cater to my wife on her birthday with friends, I landed on Chef Abyssinia on instagram. I reviewed her photos and was very impressed with what I saw so all that was left, was a phone call and my menu options. From the initial call, I got a really good feeling from her and even got to know her a little regarding background and experience. It was refreshing and nice to feel like she was trustworthy. When the day came, she arrived on time and ready to get started. The look on my wife's face match the eyes emoji that people use in text, but she spoke with Chef Abbyssinia, she got a good vibe and felt relaxed. To say that her food tasted amazing is an understatement. From the setup, to the entrees and dessert, we were super impressed as this was a first time experience for us. The only bad part was that we wanted more! I would highly recommend Chef Abbysinia to take care of you on whatever your special day calls for. She is pleasant, polite, and professional. I hope to use her again in the future! We had the lobster Mac and cheese, Surf and Turf, Jerk Chicken pops/Jerk Chicken entree, and bread pudding as a dessert. The kids menu consisted of Mac and Cheese, Chicken Tenders, and ice cream. See pics below.
