Ok, let's do it. The service mediocre the waitress wasn't to estatic she didn't recommend anything. The food was nothing to write home about it came out luke warm. The bathroom was dirty. The menu is a big pamphlet. I guess it's a local favorite. They can have it..

I had an extremely disappointing experience today. After being seated, we were not approached by any staff members to offer coffee or drinks. We waited for approximately 15 minutes, only to observe an employee sitting down, using their cell phone. The most frustrating part occurred as we were leaving; my brother said “thank you”, and the server responded with "you're welcome," completely unaware that we had not received any service. I have visited this location previously without any issues, but this experience was unacceptable. It is clear that the new staff members require retraining or should consider other employment options.

Prime Rib was a good size and delicious served with a big baked potato and perfect broccoli. I would return for the prime rib special again!
Stuffed shrimp had lots of seafood stuffing and tasty. No melted butter tho.
French onion soup was ok..not hot enough but flavorful.
It was much busier than I thought it would be so that was encouraging.

Not right not letting your customers know about the extra charge in there bill !! .84cents extra for an egg !!I know that eggs are costly now but almost a $1.00 extra for an egg ! You can still buy a dozen eggs for 5.00$$ but no posting anywhere by the entrances saying there is an extra charge !!there might be a sign behind the register letting the waitress know but totally wrong to hide this information from paying customers !! If I knew I would have walked out or ordered something else !!? What else is being hidden from the public !! Not returning back !! Sorry but there are other places that are honest to there customers that might charge .25 cents more which I fine but ..84 cents extra an egg … good luck with that …

They post signs all over the building saying how they need Experienced waiters, the owner Keli posts in Meriden talks everyday saying how she needs workers so I apply being that I have 2 years of experience, I set up and interview day with the “ manager “ Christie she hires me she says we will try it out tells me what day to come in, I go in for the first day of training for four hours helped her with her tables even took a couple, next thing u know a couple days later I get a text saying they decided to go in another direction? But you guys need people bad? Experienced servers at that? It was only my first day of TRAINING. They didn’t even give me a full chance I haven’t even did a shift by myself yet it was MY FIRST DAY OF TRAINING. I was respectful, patient, talking with a lot of the customers showing good customer service? It’s like what really did I do wrong? I feel like my time was wasted and I know 3 other people went down a similar road with them too. I went home so excited because I actually thought I had a great first shift. Moral of the story don’t even waste your time applying here it’s not worth it. Shame on you guys.

They have the most extensive menu I've ever seen in my life. I finally chose the gyro. The Taziki sauce was amazing. The sandwich was delicious as were the sweet potato fries. My niece had French toast. So good and excellent service from our cute waiter.

Ordered ziti with garlic butter but ziti with sauce got delivered. I’m allergic to tomatoes. I called and the woman said she couldn’t find the order, then when she finally found it, she said “it only says ziti so obviously they would put sauce on it!” and then basically tells me that I’m an idiot and there was nothing other than ziti sent to the restaurant. Take a look at the pic. So rude for a place that doesn’t even really have good food tbh…
