Chef Melissa exceeded my expectations, she was so professional yet warm. We loved having her at the house. She really heard what we wanted in terms of menu style and delivered. The food was absolutely delicious, my husband and I are actually trying to recreate one of her dishes the very next day because it was so good. She sources as much as she could locate which was important to us. 10 out of 10 and look forward to hiring her again!

East Egg Culinary is undoubtedly the finest catering service I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Chef Melissa was incredibly responsive, adaptable, and laid-back. My friends and family couldn’t stop raving about the amazing food and exceptional service at my event. As soon as you entered the room, the delightful scent of rosemary and slow-cooked brisket filled the air. The small plates, appetizers, entrees, and desserts were absolutely mouthwatering and left behind ZERO MESS! People are still talking about it weeks later. The food was fresh, authentic, and tailored perfectly to my event. I wholeheartedly recommend East Egg Culinary for weddings or any occasion. They will not disappoint!

Chef Melissa came in and saved me on short notice when I was planning a surprise party with over 50 guests. She really listened to what I wanted and needed and SHE DELIVERED! Melissa was not only very professional but very warm and very easy to work with. The day of the party she delivered the food on time and made sure I was all set before leaving. She really helped to relieve the stress of planning a large party. During and after the party I received many compliments from our guests on the food. Thanks to Melissa the food was a huge success and I would Highly recommend her to anyone in need of a caterer. I personally will be asking for her help again in the future! She is extremely flexible, very talented and super knowledgeable about cuisine and goes to great lengths to please her customers. Melissa’s chef experience provides you with a gourmet decadence that will have your tongue dancing with the utmost fondest memory. I will never forget her beautiful home cooked meal filled with a fresh farm (unprocessed) chicken along with Many vegetables that were not genetically modified. She works with different palates, ever so graciously, and really puts her heart and soul into her cooking. I look forward to not only her cooking, but her positive attitude that radiates her true beauty. Melissa is amazing at what she does and you can tell how passionate she is about her work. I have had quite a few meals from chef Melissa and she never disappoints! Her menu is always super creative and full of flavor. She also knows how to have fun with a theme! She does not cut any corners either, she knows the importance of home-made quality fresh ingredients. She even made fresh ricotta for the eggplant crostini she served at my event. I cannot recommend her enough!

We enjoyed having Melissa cook for our retreat group in the Catskills immensely! She’s on time, cooks with love and with a cohesive menu, plus her food is 5 stars!! Can’t wait to have her back next year.
