I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. I had basic expectations which they failed to deliver. The only reason I’m leaving anything good in this review is because the breakfast staff were very accommodating during breakfast time. The front desk representative at night was nice, but lacked training, he didn’t return my drivers license until I noticed I didn’t have it, never told us how to get to the room or verbally give us our room number. When arriving to the room my wife and I were welcomed by a cockroach (picture attached), it was disgustingly gross. It was running from the bathroom into the room, and I liquidated it in between the rug in the main room. I was so exhausted I didn’t even bother letting them know that night (I mean, if you see one roach, they will most likely be everywhere else). I just wanted to sleep from my long day, when I approached the front desk the next morning, the so called manager was not pleasant, cold and unapologetic up until my wife declined his 15% discount for our next stay, which we will never ever use, because we will not be returning. All through the night a deeply disturbing nightlight in the bathroom shined as bright as the moon through the glass tinted door, we tried turning it off, disconnecting it but there was no way or option for it to be turned off. To add to the nightmare, there was this annoying flushing noise coming from the toilet bowl. You could also hear the cars and buses driving out side. The pillows were either cut in half cause it wasn’t even as big as a toddler pillow, it was very small. Honestly the only good thing was the breakfast staff, and their attention to detail and care.

We stayed at the hotel for one night only. The 2nd floor lobby is a nice sitting space with a large screen television broadcasting news the whole time I was there. It's actually the best part of the hotel, it's fresh and modern. The lighting in the hallway and rooms is very dim. If there was more light, I'm afraid it would reveal the dirt that has built up over the years. The bathroom shower had a lot of mold, which was scary. We actually enjoyed the free breakfast in the ballroom. There were two ladies facilitating the breakfast who were great! Overall, okay for just the one night but no worth a return visit for me.

Nice looking hotel. Good rooms but no closet. No soap dish for your bar soap by the sink. My shower faucet was loose but it worked fine and water was great. Bed sheets are on the way out and they need to replace them. Need an upgrade there. People do not adhere to tight no noise after 10 pm policy posted around. Noise goes long into the early morning, amplified by the highway noise that also doesn’t stop still 2/3 am.

Excellent housekeeping and good complimentary breakfast. Lots of food options.

Staff complained about a guest audibly after she got her own coffee cream or simply helped herself as no one else was (the staff get your coffee during breakfast). Complaints were so audible the guests could hear (not the one getting complained about). Unprofessional behavior.
Overall, affordable and fine place to stay in the area.

I wouldn't wish my experience here on my worst enemy. For $130+ per night, you’d think you’d get at least basic cleanliness and comfort. Instead, I got a nightmare.

The room reeked of a foul, musty odor the moment I walked in, like it hadn't been aired out or cleaned in weeks. As if that wasn’t enough, I was greeted by cockroaches crawling around the room—on the floor, in the bathroom, and even near the bed! Absolutely revolting. (see pictures)

The bedding looked dingy and stained, and I wasn’t sure if it had been properly washed.

For $130+ a night, you could easily stay somewhere far cleaner and better maintained. This place is an overpriced dump, and frankly, it’s insulting to paying guests. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

I was pleasantly surprised. Checking was very quick as it was a midweek evening. Everywhere was very clean. Vending machines on the second floor vestibule. The rooms were very clean. There was a sliding door that opened into the bathroom which is the purple door in the picture that was the only very strange item in the room. Very close to Ridge Hill mall near a couple of takeout food options and Dunkin' donuts. Received drink tickets for the adjacent restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Check out is very quick especially if you have a car and you drop your key when you use it to open the gate to exit.

I have had my share of unpleasant hotel stays, but few have been as disappointing as this one. Two night stay… just short of $600 after taxes and fees. Upon first entering the room, the strong musty smell was gross. No fan in bathroom. First night, the very thin walls did nothing to dull the shouting in the next room as late as 3am. On the second night, a wedding had very loud, throbbing music that reverberated in the walls and bed until midnight. Staff were nice but had a full hotel and no solutions. Breakfast was good. Okay if you enter with very low expectations.

We had our wedding at the Royal Regency Hotel last week and it was absolutely amazing! Armando the events manager was phenomenal! He helped up upgrade our ceremony ballroom, our suite and was there for every moment leading up to our big day! The chef was also wonderful! We wanted a traditional dish for our Buffett and he made it to perfection! The staff was so helpful and supportive throughout the wedding catering to us and making sure we ate which is almost impossible to do on your wedding day! Thank you so much Armando and staff for making our wedding so memorable and fun!

My family and I went to tour the party room for a Sweet 16 on November 20th with Kayla. We were told a contract with pricing would be emailed to us that evening or the next day. Not only did we not receive the pricing, let alone the contract to book our event, we never received a reply to our follow up email or call. Terrible customer service.
