Tami, Ben, and Caleb were absolutely amazing to work with for my wedding a couple weeks ago. Throughout the whole planning process they were always available to talk, bounce ideas off of, and give advice. Caleb was able to come to our rehearsal and help us figure everything out to go smoothly the day of, which was amazing. For wedding day they set up the decor perfectly and were constantly asking if we needed anything or what they could help with. You can truly tell that they care about what they do and want nothing but the best for the people they work with.
Overall, they took so much stress off our shoulders and reminded us how important and fun the day is. They went above and beyond and we cannot thank them enough. If I could give them 100/10 I would in a heart beat! I highly recommend working with them!

We were so honored to have been able to work along side of Tami + Jordan while we photographed a wedding they were hired to plan. They actually put us in contact with the sweet couple & it was the most beautiful wedding day! Everything went so smoothly/followed a timeline. They were incredibly professional and personable. I cannot even begin to describe the relief my husband and I had having Tami & her husband Ben as our day of coordinators! I met them 2 years prior to our wedding at a wedding expo they show at and I never looked back from there. Literally! Their vibe is so chill but yet fun and outgoing. Their work is top notch 👌🏽 they listen, they understand, they soak in your vision and then they execute their task perfectly. If there were any problems believe me we knew of none of them! They literally took care of EVERY single thing we needed our entire weekend - not just day of! They were there from start to finish from early set up the day before, thru rehearsal and our wedding day.. I would hands down recommend them before anyone else in a life time to our friends and family. From wedding planning or event planning to even day of coordinating, Butterfly Events is your team for the biggest day of your life. 🤍 our friendship shall carry on past our wedding and beyond. Tami and Jordan were AMAZING throughout the whole planning process and even more so on our big day! We could not have done our wedding without them. They set up all the decor perfectly, made sure we stayed on time, asked us if we needed anything several times throughout the night, periodically picked up glasses and such, helped bring things out to cars at the end of the night and so much more! They were willing to do anything and everything we needed. All of our guests were impressed by how much they were helping, and I would not have had a stress free day without them. They are simply wonderful people and I cannot recommend them enough.

Tami and Jordan were fabulous to work with. The best thing about them is I felt they had my best interests in mind throughout the planning process, they were my advocate. They gave good referrals for local vendors and even went out of their way to hand-make some decorations which we loved. They also had a variety of decor at their shop that they loaned us. For day-of, I gave them instructions on how the decor should be set up and the general timeline - they ran with it and made the day even better than I could have imagined without me needing to do anything or worry about anything day-of. They nailed it! I wish Tami and Jordan the best as they grow their business!

My husband and I decided to hire a day-of-coordinator/partial planner sort of last minute (as in less than 2 months out), and after interviewing several we were lucky enough to find Tami and Jordan. They were so amazingly helpful! They offered a ton of encouragement, and were literally a text or an email away if I had any questions. We met up during the week of the wedding for a final meeting, and they let me know that Ben, Tami’s husband, was going to be there to help as well, which meant we ended up with three extremely knowledgeable and competent people to help us. Ben headed to where the guys were getting ready, while Tami and Jordan came to where my bridesmaids and I were. Then, when I went to do my first look, one stayed behind with the bridesmaids who were finishing up, and one came with me. They also helped set up our decorations at the church, ran our photo guestbook, and kept charge of our bouquets/boutonnières/corsages and the tips for the other vendors. Most importantly, all three of them were super nice and fun while helping to take a HUGE amount of stress off my shoulders, which made for a great day. Thank you all so much for everything you did for us and our wedding!! Kevin and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate it!

I've known Jordan for several years now and met Tami when Paul and I were planning our wedding. We could not have asked for better people to help make our day that much more special! Their flexibility, understanding, encouragement, and determination truly helped take off stress from the day knowing that they would be able to take care of things. They never once scoffed at the last minute changes and were great for making any last minute decision to help make things run smoothly without having to take Paul and I away from truly enjoying our special day. If anything went wrong we had no clue all we knew for sure is that our day was perfect and we could not be happier. Thank you Jordan and Tami (and Ben) you guys are awesome!
