My husband and I along with another couple attended this year's New Year's eve celebration. When we first walked in, we were so pleased with how beautiful the place looked. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. There was only one bar open With two extremely slow And an experienced bartenders. My husband asked for a Moscow Mule and receive vodka with tonic with a lemon. When I went back up to the counter, the Bartender who made the mistake in the First place looked at me like I had three heads. When we bought the tickets, we were told it would be top shelf liquor. That was so far from the truth. I hardly think that Bacardi is top shelf. They didn't have any bourbon. The drinks were absolutely terrible. It was such a disappointment, waiting on a long line to get a drink that was Either not what you asked for or made with rack liquor and therefore tasted terrible only to have to go wait online again. We wound up drinking Bud Light in a bottle because we knew that they couldn't get that wrong. The line to get a drink was always extremely long at least a 7 to 10 minute wait. It was very disheartening. The food was definitely not what We expected it to be. We thought it would be top notch because of the venue we were at, but we were very wrong. Dessert was even worse. It tasted like buffet food. Everyone at our table, and there were 10 of us, all very disappointed in the food and the dessert. Everyone online was complaining about how long the drink line was so it was not just us. Then the kicker was the DJ is playing his music and forgets to do the New Year's countdown. It wasn't until 12:01 That he did a quick Countdown from 10 to one. Several tables were all looking around like what the heck is going on people were talking about it and laughing because we couldn't believe that it was a New Year's Eve event and they didn't even get that right. My daughter soon to be son-in-law wanted us to let them know what we thought of the venue because they wanted to book their wedding there. Needless to say, we will not be having the wedding there. We were so disappointed because we were really looking forward to our evening. We will not be back!

Don’t book a room here expecting, any type of mini fridge in the room, microwave, coffee in room or in lobby. They only left one bar of soap and I guess they expect you to use it as soap for your hands at the sink and your body wash? So even if it’s a one night trip make sure to bring everything yourself. You will have to explicitly ask for these things at the time of booking room and it’s all extra charge. Also there was construction being done in the rooms next to us and they never gave us a heads up. Did not live up to expectations and was seriously disappointed.

We just had our wedding at The Vineyard. We had such a great night, the food was great and the staff was awesome! Nicole did a great job guiding us along the planning journey. Barbara took great care of us and gave such special attention to LeeAnn and her needs as the Bride. And finally, Reid - great job!! He was so organized and attentive from start to finish. Big thanks to everyone involved in making our event special! We received so many compliments from our guests as well!

Amazing place. Sorry I haven't come here sooner. Stayed overnight to take advantage of their Fall in Love special. Really a great trip. The special included a night's stay and vouchers for their in house spa and restaurant. The spa was nice. The restaurant was more than reasonably priced with many great options. Very large portion sizes. One of the best French onion soups I ever had. The special even included a drink for my wife and I. Really nice to be able to just walk back to your room following spa services and dinner. Next day had breakfast at one of the Shoppes. Would definitely go again on a similar special.

Just had our daughters wedding at East Wind on November 2, 2024 in the Northampton Ballroom
Jennifer our wedding planner was AMAZING, she was always available and quick to respond to questions, changes, or any little detail that needed to be resolved throughout the entire process!!! She made this experience so positive for all of us!! She really was super supportive and efficient!!!!
Our Maitre D Jimmy was FANTASTIC as was our bridal attendant who set things up beautifully , handled little things that needed to be resolved with precision and ease!
The food was so delicious and plentiful!!
Our guest kept commenting how great everything was, they offered seconds and containers to bring food home!! Wow!!! So GREAT!!
The outside ceremony with the arched flowers were Gorgeous and the grounds were beautifully landscaped with white lights in the trees at night!!
The entire staff went above and beyond to make this day SPECIAL, can’t thank them enough for making this day so memorable!!
I HIGHLY recommend East Wind for your wedding!!!

I am in awe, we had our wedding here on Saturday 2/8/25. We came to the East wind on the fly after being disappointed with other venues. Nicole our sales manager took us right away, her genuine charisma and professionalism sealed the deal.

Throughout the process Nicole remained in touch and informative. Now to the wedding day. Oh my god I could rave on and on, sure the rooms are a bit outdated but they are in the process of renovation.

Our reception was in the veranda, ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Everyone from the wait staff, to the front desk and even the employees passing in the hallway were so warm, accommodating and friendly. We truly felt like royalty.

Now to our maitre‘d Tony and bridal assistant Lex. Tony handles all of the fine details with grace, warmth and professional. He truly shows you that your happiness is his top priority. Service from Tony was impeccable.

Lex, our bridal assistant was godsend, she was nothing short of amazing. Lex, has a heart of gold, a smile that puts you at ease and takes so much pride in her service. I could only cry thinking about her. She ran up and down and took care of every fine detail I needed as the bride.

I would 100% recommend East wind for your wedding venues. They know what they are doing and the comfort and ease their staff brings you is unmatched.

We just had our wedding here and are over the moon about how everything went! The Estate is gorgeous, delicious food, and all our service attendants were amazing from start to finish on our big day! A big shout out to our bridal attendant Marylou she was excellent! Jennifer our wedding planner was amazing and always reachable! I would recommend anyone looking to get married to go here!

We had our Wedding on September 14th, 2024 at East Wind in the Northampton Ballroom and it was absolutely perfect!

Jennifer made everything easy and fun! She walked us through the grounds, our room, and the packages. We decided to do the inclusive package and it was amazing! Definitely made everything very easy, and helped us decide on vendors!

The food was phenomenal, and we are still hearing how fantastic everything was from our family and friends! We upgraded our cocktail hour to include the Taco and Margarita station and we would highly recommend it!! It was the perfect addition!

Our Maître D’ Scott was amazing, and had everything set up exactly as we had envisioned it! The room was stunning, from the decorations to the details! He handled anything with ease and precision, allowing us to relax and enjoy our day!

Our bridal attendant Alyssa was phenomenal! She provided amazing suggestions and service! She got us everything without us even asking! Anything we required or even thought of, was immediately handed to us. Alyssa handled our large bridal party flawlessly, and stayed with us through the event, into the after party. Which was the perfect way to wrap up the night!

The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was perfect, and they succeeded!!

We would highly recommend East Wind for your wedding or next event!
