No wait time. Friendly and caring. listens to their patients concerns. It’s hard being a mom having to take your child with you but they were very nice to my toddler and gave her stickers

Thank you to all the Healthcare Workers that are employed here. The time, patience and explanation that was shown to me was wonderful. I was in and out as I picked a later time and hoped it wouldn’t be too long. I guess I was lucky. I had a sinus infection, my prescriptions were called in immediately. From the woman at the desk, to my PA and the young gentleman that took my vitals.

The visit was extremely pleasant. The medical assistant that attended me from the beginning to the end was very knowledgeable. She listened and was very gentle. We need more women like her in this field. I felt so comfortable and my pain seemed non existent. I am so sorry I did not catch her name, so I will say Grandma Crochet. Happy holidays! And to a better year for the medical field hero's!

Very disappointed! Will not be returning to AFC. I was told to call the next day if I wasn’t feeling better and they would order medication. Called the next day and even though the doctor wrote in her note to prescribe, the doctor working would not order unless I came in again. So another co-pay, bringing my 1 year old (who is also sick) to sit in a waiting room getting exposed to more germs. Unacceptable. Fortunately, there are other options for urgent care in the area.

Urgent care took great care of me. The service there was prompt, professional and an all around good experience. As soon as I walked in, I was seen. I was in the waiting room less than 5 minutes. The young guy that led me to the room where I would see the doc was polite and funny. The doctor was professional and explained everything well. I was in and out within an hour. I would recommend. I had a great experience with your walk-in center. Even though the I had to wait over an hour to get in the receptionist said it was ok to leave and she would send a text 10 minutes before I was going to be seen. APRN Mary was great! She was very thorough. Even though she was very busy I did not feel rushed. I have always had great experience with APRN Mary. I highly recommend your Walk-in center to my friends and family!

I never thought that I would rate an Urgent Care, but I had to in this case as I was thoroughly satisfied with this facility. Maybe I walked in at a day/time when it wasn't busy, but I was in & out in 30 minutes, maybe even 25 minutes flat. Staff were so sweet & kind, Mary Leahy (spelling) examined me & she was wonderful. The facility was super clean too. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in here again should I need anything that wouldn't require a hospital visit & can't wait to be seen by my physician.

The female Doctor who assisted me in this occasion seemed bothered to assisted me. Very poor personal skills and seemed bothered. Not professionalism. However will be my last time going there. The males doctor's who attended me in past occasions have been very kind and caring. This last visit was extremely disappointing.
