We’ve been with this agency for a few years now after a new home purchase in 2017. I primarily work with Todd O’Keefe who’s wonderful. Always responsive and works with the customer’s best interest in mind. We recently had a problem with our car insurance provider that led to a cancellation (through no fault of ours in our opinion of course!). Todd did his best to get that company to retain us and when they wouldn’t, right away, he got us a new quote from a company that we were more than happy to switch to! I let him know we wanted to move forward and within minutes I had an email from the new insurance company welcoming us as new customers. I couldn’t have had an easier time navigating what could have been a nightmare! I highly recommend Todd and Eastern Insurance.

Very helpful almost like family. They always recognize who you are if you have been a long time customer. If you are new they get you familiar with the company and try to place you with the best agent they think will suit you. Its nice to know they are there to help and try to get you the best policies available. They do all the research for you. You just sit back and relax and they go to work for you. Eastern Insurance is the absolute best for Home, auto, and business!!!
