The worse place services are terrible 3 application and noting they loose my paper even I send it in the website this place is the worse ever the employees don't help you they make my live a living hell... Last time I have to fill 8 applications... They need to get new employees... Because the one been there they are devils I hate this office...

Genuinely helpful and courteous. Security guard was super friendly and helpful I stopped In and was done in five minutes. My new social security card came in the mail sooner than expected during Thanksgiving holiday. What more can you ask for? Ha maybe a refreshment table with hot chocolate and cookies... Jk

Deserves no stars. Employees here need to be fired, most unhelpful and disorganized, extremely unprofessional and they're blatantly rude. They enjoy wasting people's time, hence why I say they all should be fired. Replace everything here, they're as helpful as a broken thumb. They have no desire to be helpful, so why do they even have a job where they're supposed to help others?

What a joke this place is. Can't even send my ebt card to the right address then they have me send it to them and make me go out to willimantic to get it to keep finding out it's not there to call today and find out there own employee sent it to the wrong address so they have people working for them that don't even know where there working they are as incompetent as it gets my good lord this place is laughable I only gave them one star because none isn't an option. I'll just starve thanks alot.
