30 bucks is worth it for the amazing views but we have to be careful about the deep points. Some are even 15ft deep, so just be careful.

Super fun place to bring family and friends. I wouldn’t bring young kids, definitely at the very least 8 years or older. The rapids don’t get too bad but there’s a couple of small spots to be careful around. You need to bring cash and highly suggest water shoes and shorts.

Nope, never again. Opposite of what I was looking for. I was expecting lazy river type experience with some small "rapids." What I got was a sore and bruised body from repeatedly getting stuck on the rocks and having to paddle and use muscles to move myself away from rocks, tree branches, etc. A family member who tipped over in the first set of actual rapids and lost her glasses, and a friend with bloody scrapes along his lower back from hitting rocks. From the start time of signing the waiver to getting in my car when it was over, a total of 3 hours. 3 very long hours.

Be aware that the first set of rapids is soon after you start. No warning, they are right there. I think it's unsafe not to have signs posted or helmets for people if they choose to wear one. The people giving the rules are basically kids who have no clue. They sit at 2 sets of rapids doing nothing. You're basically on your own. They tell you not to stand up if you fall off your tube at the rapids because you can get your foot stuck in the rocks. Yet when my family member fell into the water, they told her to stand up.
Bring your own life vest because the ones they have are moldy and smell gross. The best part of the experience was when I was able to walk out of the water at the end and get on the bus with the older gentlemen bus driver, who was super nice.

I went with 4 friends and had a great time! We called in the morning and were told it was a day for "strong swimmers only," so we were able to make up our minds about whether we were comfortable. We got a safety spiel before getting in the water. The rapids were a little rough, with the second set early on being the worst. However, there were plenty of calm stretches where you could lay back and relax. The current was fast the day we went so the run only took about an hour. It had been raining the week before, so the water was higher & swifter than it might be at other times. We did 2 runs, and were considering a third but got back too late. I can't wait to go back!

ETA: Also, the staff member who assisted us at the exit recommended a fantastic place to stop for dinner on our way home!

This was my first time going there and was scared a little bit. However after having the courage to do it I finally got in with my nephew and family members. Once you are on your float you glide down slowly and then the spots where the water gets faster is the best part. Once I completed it with the family I would not hesitate to do it again. Love it

This place sucks and is not for anyone at all. My daughter came with me and a tree had fallen over across the river and she got scraped by the branches. We had to walk the whole way on the side of the river. Waters get as deep as 15 feet and it’s terrible Don’t go here.
