Vivienne Kelly failed me miserably in setting up a once in a lifetime travel experience. She booked me into a couples and family only resort in Fiji after she recommended that I travel to Fiji. I have been harassed by screaming babies, unruly unaccompanied children, parents who have abdicated their parenting responsibilities, a moldy smelling room, broken amenities, loud drumming at all hours. I expected paradise and a lounge in the shade to watch the ocean. Instead I am in a smelly lagoon listening to the noisiest venue I’ve ever been in. Vivienne says it’s 5*. If it’s a1* it’s 1 too many. Do not trust Vivienne or Crystal.

We had a great experience booking through Crystal Travel & Tours. The planning process was super smooth, with lots of different options for tours and flexible travel arrangements. Bridie was extremely knowledgeable and helped us put together the perfect trip for our group.

The tour we booked I would highly recommend. We saw so much of Ireland in a short period of time, and it was the perfect balance for those who were comfortable being active or those would prefer to listen to thoughtful commentary from the guide.

From a logistics stand point, our experience with Crystal Travel was very smooth. We had all of the information we needed ahead of time, and Bridie was very responsive to our questions. All of the logistics were clearly mapped out so we didn't need to spend too much time sweating the details and could just enjoy our trip together.

If it sounds too good to be true, there's probably a hitch. Crystal Travel advertised a too-good-to-be-true business class fare from BOS to CDG. I completed the purchase info, entered my credit card info and got a "card declined" message. A few minutes later, I got an email from Stanley Woods, "Sr. Travel Consultant" asking me to call. I called and was told everything was fine with my credit card, but the airline had no seats anymore. Stanley then tried talking me into all kinds of different flights. I simply booked a slightly more expensive fare on another site. Buyer beware.
