My husband and I had an amazing time on the water taxi ride today. It was so relaxing and so fun. We will definitely definitely be doing it again. And it’s only $10 a person which is so worth it. Great local taxi service in Port Washington. It generally runs from 6:30am - dusk. The ferry ride is usually 1/2 hour but if you're lucky and get a Captain that's willing to stay out longer, do ask for the one hour ride. Note, they may offer that only on holidays as I experienced on July Fourth earlier this month. The water is generally calm so you really don't have to worry about getting sea sick. There are plenty of nice views to take in, whether you're looking at water front houses, the gorgeous boats in the water, or checking out the local Yacht club. Very inexpensive and just a fun time on the water without having to rent your own vessel.

The "Town Dock" as we locals refer to it. I have been coming here for as long as we have lived here, waaay over 20 years. Just a beautiful spot for a sunrise, sunset or just to soak in the beauty of the bay❤

This company is a credit to their community! The very reasonably priced service they provide brings numerous boats to visit Port Washington and they spend money on services. We bypassed serveral other ports because of the moorings at Port 'Washington, and I know many others do as well.
