Ok so I ended up losing my passport so I was stuck. I needed a service that was going to be able to expedite my passport or I would have been in trouble with my overseas visa. My experience with APVI was exceptional. I has lost my passport and needed to travel within two weeks. Being a naturalized citizen, my situation was a bit more complicated.
