Speaking for Sierra Leone travel. I was able to secure my documents on the Sierra Leone web within 24 hours, meanwhile getting a customer service on the phone in order to complete my packet took about 3 days because the phone wait time was incredibly busy. Found out they only Give 48 hours for a refund. They charge an extra 160 for their "service" but the service is mediocre and the representative that answered on the third day, I couldn't believe how rude she was.

Needed a VISA for travel to China. They had an incredibly thorough checklist of items that neatly and clearly explained everything.

After paying, I was able to speak on the phone to the person handling my case. He walked through the checklist with me again and wound up making a few more items even clearer (needed to make sure my name was listed on the hotel reservation and also let me know I could NOT use the same photo from my passport for my visa...and since I just renewed my passport I had planned to do just that.).

Once he walked me through everything he emailed me a FEDEX shipping label. I gathered all my documents and passport and sent them off to FEDEX on Friday, January 26. They arrived the next day and I received email updates every time a new step in the process was completed. To my surprise, I received notice that everything was complete just 6 days later and today, Feb 2, I have my passport with VISA in hand.

Could not have been easier or faster. Also, they accept credit card payment ONLINE which is much better than the other companies I looked at who either wanted a check or for me to write out my credit card info on a piece of paper and submit with my application. That did NOT seem safe to send my passport and a credit card number off to someone I didn't know.

Not sure about their passport services, but for this Visa, they were fantastic!

I have used this service twice for visas to two different countries. In both instances the service was outstanding. These people really know the processes to get the visa applications successfully submitted and approved the first time through. In my visa application to Saudi Arabia, I had made several mistakes: The specialists at Rush My Travel Visa actually caught the mistakes and we were able to get the application corrected before having it submitted and returned with errors. Great Job - I'll definitely use their services again.

I like this company a lot. They have an extremely professional, no nonsense approach (none of that make your feel good but do you nothing kind of greetings, how are yous, etc.).
