What a beautiful facility. Great staff. I had great seat to see Itzhak Perlman. Parked across the street. Lots of security to make my visit feel and be safe. A sparkling, clean women's room, a little glass of Chardonnay, a comfy seat, and play on, Itzhak, play on.

A stunning theater with incredible, ornate decor. The renovation makes it hard to believe the place was abandoned for 20+ years. Staff is very friendly, nearby parking is aplenty. Handicapped accessible, clean bathrooms, great lighting. Available for private events like weddings, which is so cool. Can't wait to see next years upcoming shows, hope they get some big names!

My husband and I just got married last week and we used the Palace Theater - Waterbury, CT. This venue was stunning! While I was looking online and trying to find a venue we liked almost 3 years ago now I came across The Palace and thought it was so unique! This theater absolutely took our breath away and continued to do so every time we walked into the space all the way up to our wedding on Saturday. Not only is the venue breath taking but their staff is beyond amazing! From our venue coordinator Stephanie who went above and beyond for us in all aspects, to Brian the graphics designer who set up our slide shows, marquee banner and welcome screen The Palace really knows how to make a beautiful wedding space! Also need to say a big thank you to all the staff AND volunteers that helped guide us through the venue! They helped make our night so special and everyone was so sweet, we can not say thank you enough!

It is a beautiful and comfortable theater. My granddaughter and I had perfect seats in the lower mezzanine, and the show was marvelous. The show had started on time even though many of us were still waiting to get to our seats. The ushers were in a difficult position trying to wait for instructions to allow us to go to our seats, but they did a beautiful job of keeping us informed as they could and figuring out how and when to seat us in the dark.

While the parking is convenient the Interior of the theater is gorgeous there are a couple of drawbacks ……1st : seating is quite snug so no room for winter costs etc.By far the biggest drawback was the theaters practice of escorting patrons in during the show. While the presenters were speaking to the audience the latecomers were allowed in.While it would normally would not be an issue to allow a couple of patrons in…this was allowing crowds of people…noisy people who drowned out the presenters …this occurred from 2:00-2:30 with at least 4 occasions . If people are going to be late they should be made to wait in respect to those who arrived on time as well as to the performers who were droned out but their continuous disruption.

What a beautiful venue. Perfect space for a concert, it had great acoustics. You felt transported to a time when theaters themselves were art. I love it when cities preserve these historical gems and not turn them into office buildings or a parking garage. I went to see Donny Osmond in concert. Locals should definitely visit this concert hall, you should checkout their show line up, there are all kinds of different options. You will not be disappointed. I'm so glad I was able to experience this great concern in a venue worthy to this iconic performer.
