I had called Jay Mar for a simple weddings bouquet in the woman, I spoke to was extremely rude, and seemed as if she did not want My business telling me she don't have time, I need to know exactly what I want and there's no in person talking. Wow, that turned me right away. I was looking for a little bit a help and guidance but I'll guess I'll take my business elsewhere, future brides, you should do the same seems she only wants to run a bow business!

I was looking to make ribbons for cowbells to give as a gift to the parents of my daughter’s dance team. I called everywhere and no one would do them. I went to Party City and was recommended to go to Jay-Mar. From the I walked into the door I was welcomed. Marilyn and her partner are phenomenal. My ribbons were unique because each dancers name was being placed on the ribbon. I needed them within a week. Marilyn agreed to have them done by Thursday which was exactly 7 days from the date I was placing my order. I received a call on Monday (three days earlier) that my ribbons were ready. The most important thing to add is that she was already swamped with orders that were placed months in advance. I am forever grateful to them. If you're looking for anything for your event go to Jay-Mar first.

Jay Mar is amazing, it's so much fun to walk around and pick out cake supplies and all the things I need to create that perfect party. The staff at Jay Mar is so nice and friendly, I especially like Lucy she was so helpful. I asked her so many questions and she never tired. I would suggest if you need paper goods, wedding supplies, cake and cookie chips and chocolate, printed ribbon. Jay Mar is the place.

I haven't been there since before they moved from the previous location of many years. They focus much more on cheerleading items. Limited party items in the store. More speciality items for parties on hand. The owner was helpful and courteous. Call ahead to chat about what your looking for but if you have time browse there is still a lot of inventory to inspire your creative side.

The cheer bows were great and it seems the heart of this business are custom bows. The rest of the shop feels like someone bought the contains of a bake shop that went out of business. Items are poorly displayed and it is difficult to shop here. One of the women working there (got the sense it was the owner) said if there is something specific it's best to ask. Since it was my first time there, I didn't know what they offered so I didnt have any questions about items. Hours are a little restricted so check before taking a drive.

Great customer service ladies here are very knowledgeable and friendly and this store has a great variety of items for Cake decorations. Usually items are pricey here but well worth it.
