We had a wonderful trip to Orlando with Kelton. From our relay driver, Melanie, to our main driver, Charlie, I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service we received. Drivers were friendly, helpful, and safe. I’ve never had a driver in all my years of teaching that went above and beyond as Charlie did for us. Outstanding service! The bus was clean, in great shape, with outlets on every seat. The AC worked evenly throughout the bus. Can not say enough good things about my experience. Thank you!

I would strongly advise against this company. Chaperoned a field trip with my daughter’s school. The ride there was fine. The ride back however, was a nightmare. The driver frequently pulled to the side of the interstate and wouldn’t tell any of us why. Ended up that one of the 5 busses that was taking us home, had a broken A/C that was not found before leaving to take us. We ended up with a bus worth of children packed into an already full bus of screaming kids. Needless to say, I should’ve driven. Will never get on another one of their busses. Was ridiculous. Only giving two stars because the trip there was ok. Otherwise, it would be one star. Avoid this company unless it’s a last resort.

Driver picked up in Nashville was horrible. He was elderly, said he had just had surgery and was not feeling well. He didn't know where he was going, ended up going from pavement to a dirt road at about 50 miles an hour and slammed on his brakes due to his surprise. Three hours behind on trip up to Illinois, and four hours behind on the trip coming back. I wouldn't suggest this company.

I highly recommend to never use Kelton Tours. From dealing with the people working in the office to the poor quality of service of our round trip, I have never had as unpleasant an experience as I had with Kelton Tours. I would recommend finding just about any other bus company to use for your travel needs, as you will surely be disappointed if you use Kelton Tours.
