My father-in-law was at Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge for the last three months of his life. We could not be happier with the wonderful, warm and supportive staff who provided him with the best care. Melissa heads the nursing team and she is a star. Rich seems to be able to solve every problem including facilitating our moves in and out. Management is very responsive and the place is pristine. The waitstaff in the dining room are friendly and caring, and my father-in-law raved about the food. Charter Living was the best decision we could have made for him. Thank you!

This place literally has ZERO interest in its residents. You pay top dollar to stay here and you are lucky to even get food. As a recent employee, RUN!!! Don’t walk from this place! There are several locations that can meet your needs. This place is interested in meeting their own.

My Dad and his wife have been residents for the past year. The adjustment was made easy by the welcoming staff. Hospice entered Dad's stay and Charter Senior Living made it possible for Dad to remain there. He often commented that this was "home" now. His journey ended in February 2024...he was competent but needed much care. His wife needed care and emotional support as well. The staff was extremely attentive to their needs. Thank you for honoring Dad's wishes and continuing to make KC feel like family. Your terms of endearment will be forever etched in my heart. We appreciate all of you,

My father has been at The Linden since August and we could not be happier. The staff is very attentive, responsive, communicative, and pleasant! They truly want their residents to feel at home and take great efforts to foster a wonderful sense of community. As a child, you want to feel you are doing right by your parent and that they're living in an environment where they are happy and given great care, that is certainly the case at The Linden. The Linden is also very clean and inviting, which was important to me when looking at assisted living facilities. One of the things I love most is how the residents all hang out. Every time I visit, there are a ton of people sitting outside chatting. The socialization aspect has been very nice to see and it is nice to know that my father is not alone when I am unable to be there.

The Linden is a place where one can progress from independent living to memory care with ease. My Mom moved in 7 1/2 years ago to an independent living apartment and after 3 1/2 years transferred to Opal, the memory care unit. The staff there understand her needs well and take very good care of her. She's going strong at age 95!

My poor wife is in the Memory Care unit at Linden, and I could not be more pleased with the care she is receiving. Michelle Guarnieri is not just a perfect angel; she is the seraph cheerfully and thoughtfully guiding a whole host of angels in their care for each resident's needs and emotions. All too often, a person with such heavy responsibilities is totally taken up with the enforcement of rules and with physical safety issues. But Michelle treats rules and safety regulations not as the end-all but as the baseline on which she builds a most caring, cheerful home-like place to live.

My 61 year old sister needed a secure place to live, but she also loves to run about 3 miles a day. The Linden has supported my sister's passion for running by having staff who run join her. The staff, and especially the nurses, have gladly worked with my sister's idiosyncrasies and limited speech and comprehension. My sister is happy and so are we!
