Due to unforseen circumstances I had to get a bed for the night and was near here. The man who helped me, despite being around 11pm, was very polite and helpful. The room was very neat and clean. The decorations were new and smart. The bed was so comfortable that I could have slept the whole day in it ! The bathroom was very clean and had a good supply of towels. I didn't use the television but it looked like it had a good selection of channels. Parking was easy. Would definitely go back again.

Positive: Leaving. Negative: This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. This place was appalling. The common areas smell like mildew. The room smelled like stall cigarettes and cologne. The floor was cheap pergo coming apart. No blankets or coat hooks either.

There were 5 adults on our trip and we all bunked in one room with a sofa sleeper. The hotel and grounds were kept very clean, beautiful flowers/landscaping, and at night very pretty blue lighting. We stayed 2 nights, we had a little trouble with the tv but staff were able to assist. Breakfast was a grab and go bag—not very celiac friendly for those who can’t eat flour, but it did have fruit and bottled water. Pool was closed for the season—would be nice if that could be enclosed and open year-round. But as far as price, sleeping, and safety—it met our needs.

For a 2* hotel, this is pretty nice. Great location, off of Rt 1. Convenient to restaurants, shops and beach.
Staff were confused about reservation & did not apologize when they discovered they had made a mistake.

The hotel is beautifully landscaped. It is on a major road. The room was clean. The bathroom is updated and the mattress was comfortable. The hotel has most of the amethyst a much more expensive hotel would have.

Three stars for the room and one for the breakfast.

It's a clean place to stay for a night very close to I-95, but absolutely no frills, so don't think it is a low priced Holiday Inn Express or similar. Hard floors rather than carpet, minimal sheets, covers, and towels. The walk-in (no tub) shower is barely wider than my shoulders and the curtain keeps wanting to stick to you. Room was a bit musty walking in but that's because they leave the A/C off when not occupied, so again no frills.

The surprise was the breakfast area which ONLY has a waffle maker, coffee pot, and OJ/spple juice dispenser. There isn't even a sink for water. The desk attendant was pleasant and came over with a paper bag containing a mini water bottle, banana, Costco granola bar, and bag of the mini muffins that only my grand kids eat.

Not a bad place to stay for the money. Decently clean and nice rooms. If they had breakfast this place would be perfect and I would stay here more often.

The owner/manager here was absolutely awesome after hearing about an incident I had at the Super 8 around the corner. He was very accommodating and had a room available for me and my family. Great location, friendly staff, very clean. The beds were comfy and the room was a nice size. Perfect for what we needed. Noise level was mild but nothing bad at all. One issue with the power being out all day as there was line work going in but didn't effect us as we spent the entire day out and about. When we arrived back for the night the power was back on.

UPDATE - SECOND STAY 9/13/24:
This was my second time staying at this hotel and once again it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and I love the fact it has no carpet in the room. The halls were clean and smelled good. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating.

The complimentary breakfast is ok - make your own waffles, coffee, orange juice and a "breakfast" bag containing a banana, water and mini muffins. I wish they had more options but this worked well for my granddaughter. Dunkin is up the road which worked for me and my daughter.

Really hoping the next time we visit the pool will be repaired and open. Overall a really nice place to stay
