We’ve stayed here twice while visiting family for Christmas. This is possibly the cleanest & friendliest staffed hotel we’ve ever stayed in around the world. Reasonably priced and a great value considering how much they offer.

Literally every area of the hotel is sparkling clean. The breakfast is lovely, as is the large breakfast room & lobby. For Christmas they have a table with gift wrapping supplies! There is a beautiful pool, whirlpool & big workout gym.

Dogs are allowed! 😃👍 There were many happy dogs & owners there for the holiday.
Another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience!

Hotel accommodation was great except for breakfast. I have been staying at the Hilton for years but the breakfast choices are not good. The food is dry, cheap pancake syrup, fake eggs watery, sausage not cooked well, no flavor. Please do better

We stay overnight at this hotel every year for a holiday visit with family. They are always so friendly and welcoming when we pull in tired, late at night. Their amenities have often included a gift wrapping station at the front desk.
Kyra was the manager at the reception desk this year. What a friendly and helpful young woman she is. The bed was like a cloud - we slept well and overall really enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back!

I can’t say enough about this hotel. It’s AMAZING! Shout out to Kyra and Peta-Ann for saving our trip. They somehow performed a miracle and got us a room for the 3 of us and our dog for the weekend during a time where everything was sold out. (Our Airbnb canceled on us when we showed up after driving 11 hours). They were extremely helpful and so kind. The room was perfect for us and located close to a door to make bathroom trips (for the dog) a breeze. It was clean, quiet, and they had free breakfast. There’s a nice pool and gym as well. The location felt safe and was beautiful. I loved our stay here.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DONT LIKE THE SMELL OF CONSTANT SMOKE FROM CIGARETTES AND MARIJUANA

Beware of this sketchy motel which will lie to you and extort you for money. The GM is in on it too so there’s no help. The hotel came in my room when the do not disturb sign was there and also allowed the rooms around mine to smoke marijuana inside the rooms with no issue! I complained to Matthew the GM and Kira the supervisor, they both said there’s nothing they can do and to deal with it. They are letting people smoke marijuana inside the rooms. Then after this, they blamed me for smoking in my room (I don’t even smoke). They charged me $250 because I reported a smell of smoke coming from other rooms. They allow cigarette and marijuana smoking in the rooms!!! They are liars and manipulating sad people.

Matthew and Kira ruined Hampton inn for me and I will be exclusively staying with IHG now.

Friendly people at the front desk, clean rooms and great location. The breakfast offering is a little thin versus other similar hotels (undercooked and lukewarm sausage patties and potatoes).

But that’s a small issue to me versus an overall clean and friendly experience. Lots of parking too.

Went for a concert at Xfinity center. The hotel room was very clean and modern! We really appreciated that. The lobby was clean and the staff was really nice. No issues at all. The check in was a breeze with the Hilton honors app. So easy and convenient! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again if we are ever in Farmington.

We needed to check in early but the room type we reserved wasn't ready. They gave us a free room upgrade to accommodate our early check in. There was an issue with the card reader for our room and they got maintenance there very quickly to fix it. I highly recommend this hotel!
