Overall it was a good experience. The location is great with respect to proximity to local restaurants, shopping, etc. Check-in staff was really friendly and efficient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only reason for 1-star off was because of the room layout - they have the beds in a strange location and the TVs don't pivot so you can't really see it from the bed. As with most hotels, the couch isn't super comfortable but aside from the strange layout it everything was fine.

Here's the deal I had to travel for work last minute and for some reason everything was booked Hartford CT on these specific dates. Because I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member and recently traveled and stayed at Marriott locations I said "what the heck it's not far from where I need to be lets book it"

That was my first mistake. I will say this the service was great from the front desk. Every single day I was there I was greeted with warm, thoughtful conversation. My check-in and check-out were quick and seamless.

Now to get to the room. This hotel desperately needs to be updated. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, the shower was not clean and there were bugs at the front door. The shower was so dirty (see the attached picture, what's that stain on the glass 🤔😒) I left and went to the target across the street to buy cleaning supplies. I won't stay here again unless they update the building and put better cleaning processes in place.

I didn't experience the food and I repeat the service as great. But the cleanliness of the hotel as disturbing.

The hotel is in a good location, easy to find off a main road. I didn’t hear noise from traffic though. Check in was neutral to mildly pleasant but it was fine, this was a short visit. Our room was all the way down a long hallway. The room was basic yet very clean. Also, throughout our stay we saw housekeeping hard at work. There is a Barnes and Noble next door( possibly within walking distance) and lots of options for food.

I arrived late and had a wonderful check-in experience with Logan. He was professional, helpful, and accommodated my request with ease. I called on my way and Logan recommended restaurants in the area, the one I chose was very satisfactory and delicious. The hotel lobby is very clean and you feel safe. My room was also very clean, comfortable, quiet, and the blackout curtains worked well so I could catch up on my sleep. The bathroom had a great shower and was very clean. I would not hesitate to book here again. The entire staff is friendly, and if they aim to make you feel at home, they have reached that mark.

Jen and Jasmine were wonderful bartenders and even kept the bar open a little longer for us. Jackie and Shane did a great job with breakfast for us the next morning. We also needed rooms moved around for my Grandmother to be near the elevator and Austin was amazing with that. Austin and the front desk crew also did a great job of handing out the bags we gave them to everyone who was there for our wedding. Jen also was great at tracking our current spending so we could hit our quota for the late bar. Jasmine helped me figure out who did breakfast for us so I could properly thank them. I really it was wonderful.

Absolutely perfect place to accommodate family and friends for my daughter’s wedding. From blocking rooms with Della to our amazing check in with Shane and Jazmin. They did everything to make all our guest feel welcome. And Jen who serviced the cafe could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Having them all at the after party made our night extra special. All our guest remarked how great the service was. Including the housekeeping staff. Thanks all

We used this hotel to book rooms for a wedding in Hartford. Austin at the front desk was great. He worked closely with us to accommodate all our idiosyncrasies and helped us make the gatherings in the lounge and lobby perfect . Jen and Jasmine at the bar were outstanding, keeping up with a demanding crowd while being fun and engaging. Also many thanks to Shane and Jackie who handled the hang-over breakfast, again a lot of folks all at once. They did a great job. Overall a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet.Location, a very friendly staff food is decent, but could be a little better. But I have to say they're bartender. Jennifer was a very friendly an attentive, even though she had to man the kitchen and the bar, she definitely needs another hand back she really made my stay fantastic!
