It was fine for the price and because we spent very little time in the room. The room we were in needs updating for sure and everything is crammed in. We both hit our ankles and feet off the bed multiple times because it’s a big bed frame in a small space. The couch has definitely seen better days. We could tell the tried to utilize a small space the best they could, but it felt cluttered. They did allow us to check in early, which after a red eye flight was much appreciated. The room smelled odd but was clean overall. Front office staff was not overly friendly.

If you just need somewhere inexpensive to sleep - it’s perfectly fine for a couple nights.

Came into town for a wedding on the beach. Was super close to the venue and much more affordable. Room was clean and service was great! The bathroom we had was recently remodeled and very nice. A very comfortable stay!

Great prices and what you’d expect for a little motel in a sea side town. Our room had fresh paint, flooring, and brand new very nice bathroom. Overall it was clean. The family who owns the motel is very nice, easy going, and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone coming in from out of town for a short weekend. Room had a fridge and microwave, too.

Nice, clean, and safe motel.

We stayed for one night after arriving spontaneously late at night during our trip. We were given a spacious room, and the receptionist provided professional and efficient service.

Visiting a group of friends, hadn't been back in Clinton in 40 years. The venue was close to everything, the room was neat and clean! The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.
The bed was quite comfortable too!

What a CLEAN welcoming motel. Being up front, I don't care for motels due to the stereotypes BUT this one breaks them! It's charming with some well kept original features, giving it cute character. Located in a SAFE small town, I walked to the gas for a drink at 10 pm having forgotten my phone in the room and never once felt unsafe. Not far from the shore and the highway. Police station across the street. Would make for a fun motel for a couple on a trip.

This is a classic “mom and pop” motel and that is perfectly fine. It’s definitely older, but the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. We all slept great. ||The room had the basic amenities: coffee maker, fridge, microwave, Wi-fi. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly. ||The room was also decently sized, roomier than what you get at a lot of chain hotels. I also like the laminate flooring.||It’s one level and you can pull up right in front of your door to unload. That is always nice.||This motel is recommended, especially if you are just looking for a place to get a good night’s sleep.

Wasn't sure I had the right place at first. However really liked my room.I only one double bed which I couldn't get with the all the travel sites. Hotel gave me a better rate then all of them. Room was very clean with good towels. Bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. A few noises from neighbors but didn't disturb me m. The a/c was pretty noisy like they are so I only used it during the day. I think I was the only person not to use the swimming pool! Would recommend and I will be going back. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
