Arrived at hotel and greeted by front desk. Check in was smooth. Wish the pub had been open at 3:00 but it did not open till 5:30. Got to our room and found that there was no lock on the bathroom door as it looked like it had been kicked in. The wood was all broken and there was no locking mechanism in the door. The handles were intact though. Went to wash our hand and the water pressure was nonexistent at the sink. We checked the water pressure in the shower and that was good. On our way out to the casino we stopped at the front desk and told the person there about the bathroom. No apologies or anything from them. They barely even acknowledged that we said anything or that they would address it. The breakfast in the morning was good and worth stopping for before you head out. All in all, it only deserves a three-star review. Not worth what they charge on the weekend at all. For $80 a night it is worth it but not for $170 a night.

As far as budget hotels go, this is a decent spot. They say that it’s near the casinos, however there are several choices that are closer to the casinos. This place is about 10 or 15 minutes away. So not way far but not super close. The hotel is nicely decorated with an on site bar, business room, and fitness centre. The room I had was a suite which had your fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The room was clean and the weekday price was not bad. I would recommend a stay here.

This place is pretty gross. Dirty. Stuff on walls that that looked pretty nasty and gross stuff on the carpet. I definitely felt more comfortable sleeping with lights on.
When I got in the elevator it wouldn’t go to the fifth floor. Kinda got scared of getting stuck. I wish i could just get my money back.

I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk staff is extremely understanding and very pleasant to deal with, but that’s where things stop. It is very run down and needs a lot of work. All common areas were extremely dirty. The elevator had random bandaids and grime everywhere. Rooms were dirty with stains on the curtains and the ceiling peeling from previous water damage. This hotel could be a pleasant stop but it really just needs some love. It’s a shame that it’s so run down.

Update: I originally had this as a 2 star review due to front desk staff. But it’s been downgraded to 1 star due to the owner “perceiving” that the hotel is not run down and a pile of steaming garbage. Also I dug around a bit more into the reviews of this property and most of these highly rated ones are fake lol

Positive: Close to where we needed to go. And a great breakfast Negative: When we checked in the room we were told to go to was not ready to stay in, it was under construction with things everywhere. We had to go back to the front desk and the mix up caused us to be late for the concert.

The property is neat and clean and I slept peacefully . I did not wake up in time for breakfast but the room is quiet and peaceful . The price is reasonable as well.

I stay here often for work . It's clean and friendly staff. I never have any problems here . The management and front desk people are very nice. Convenient location as well.
