We stay here every year when visiting family in Old Saybrook. The couple who run the motel are GREAT; they have let us know that we should speak with them directly for special requests as requests left on Wyndham system seldom get to them. They have always accommodated our needs. Rooms super clean; beds very comfortable. Highly recommend. Great value

We are currently staying here at the super eight motel by Wyndham in old Saybrook, Connecticut. Nothing but good things to say about this place and the people who work here! B has been amazing and her husband also to accommodate us in EVERY way possible and more!! The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable and are good sized. We highly recommend this motel to everyone!! 💯👍😊

The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. The hotel is in a convenient location right next to Big Y and other convenience stores. Staff and housekeeping are very friendly. Would come back again!

I leave a superstar review based on the cleaning services at this location now if you ask about the services, the woman’s name is Beejal and she is a sweetheart, very, very, very understanding, amazingly, accommodating, and most of all absolutely and surely patient. She takes the time to get To know her guest And accommodates them individually and precisely to their exact needs I highly recommend if you go to this Super 8 and Old Saybrook first asked to deal with her directly and I can assure you will have a wonderful experience!

The front desk were lazy, stayed 5 days coffee was never available in the lobby. The door was always locked and lights off. My family tried to reach me by calling the hotel and was hung up on and when my daughter tried again, she was told to stop calling because it was 6am.

Upon check in we were greeted by the Managers B & Raj. Check in was fast and easy and our room was ready. It was clean and roomy. They provided complimentary coffee and Continental breakfast. It is close to the back, the train, great restaurants and plenty to do in this quaint area. We look forward to our next stay and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for everything Raj and B!!

This was a truly awful experience. I was suppose to have a non-smoking room and all you could smell was stale cigarette smoke. There was a cigarette burn in the comforter, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the pool was covered up & closed. I was told I would get my deposit back & they refuse to return it. Please save yourself the grief and do not stay here!

Raj at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. she went above and beyond to make an every as smooth and easy as possible for me. without her, my
experience here would not have been nearly
