Lovely room but much smaller than I expected, given the price. It was not exactly what I would call the lap of luxury. Still, considering the purpose is to get you out of the room, it is situated excellently, great elevators, and a great time overall!

Stunning hotel!!! Had a King suite on 21st floor omg gorgeous and so spacious and comfortable!!! Expect to pay $$ unless you have plenty momentum rewards & the VIP LOUNGE on #36……. great to relax and luxurious.

Con: Stay away from the bar and even the water or coffee they will charge you.

The Sky Tower Hotel? Impeccable without being pretentious. Everything is well done, professional, and welcoming to the guests...as a hotel should be. In particular? Bryan at the Concierge is always helpful, polite, and patient. Seeing him on duty during our stays is always comforting.

Clean rooms, decent, your paying to be in the casino essentially its comparable to a hyatt regency, or AC marriot but more expensive to stay because it's a casino. I've stayed at Ritz Carlton Orlando and Boston as well as four seasons for the same price and there is no comparison between this place and any of those.

Place great Love the views it's always clean this one doesn't smell like mold unlike the earth tower always happy and they can usually upgrade your room and you can get a late check out for free unlike encore which will charge you $100 for an hour

My wife and I stayed here to see a concert. We were lucky to have the water view too. We noticed that there was no price list for the room drinks (which are weighted) and when I asked a staff person they didn't know either. Still we enjoyed our stay and most certainly will return again someday.

Very clean 9th floor quite beautiful view. Only thing that wasn’t great was asking for blankets and pillows for the pull out bed waited 2 hours until 4am and no one ever came checked with hotel staff and they said they’d bring it up they were just a little busy.
