The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, earning a solid 5-star rating. However, the pineapple lemonade was a bit bland. The restaurant was quite dark when we first arrived, requiring me to use my phone's flashlight to read the menu. The staff was accommodating when I requested brighter lighting. We had a reservation for a family dinner at 6 PM, but our food took an hour to arrive, even though we had already decided what to order.

Nice homey food in a very pleasant atmosphere. Just be careful where they seat you. It's isn't nice sitting right in front of the kitchen / pickup area with the noise and clattering of dishes and utensils.
The platter board was very good and all our dishes were very good. Our hostess was also pleasant and efficient.
Recommended to anyone nearby!

Quaint restaurant with great service. Food was hit and miss. 8 hour Korean short rib was delicious. Tender but not dry. Fried rice was on the edge of over salted but still good. Overall a great dish. Nashville hot chicken and waffles were a disappointment. Chicken dry and waffles were cold and hard. Chicken wings and calamari were both tasty. Giving a 4 because 3 of our 4 savory dishes were good. Pot de Creme was delicious. Extremely rich, can definitely be shared but creamy and decadent. Carrot cake was too spiced for my liking but overall a solid dessert.

My husband and I were in the area and found this gem. I love the esthetics. The staff was friendly, warm and inviting. Our waitress Julia provided awesome service. I really liked that everyone worked as a team.

The food was delicious. I had the fish tacos. Everything was fresh. My husband had the steak sandwich, he loved it.

They had non alcoholic ipa available, since he doesn't drink that's a plus. And my martini was perfection.

Worth the money. If in the area again, we will definitely be back.

Thank you for your service.

God bless 🙌🙏

Stopped in for a quick happy hour snack and drink. The blackened chicken nacho appetizer was an excellent combination of flavors. And a happy hour Cosmo was the perfect ice cold drink to wash down the nachos. Highly recommend both! The music was dance party which we didn’t mind but it didn’t match the cozy atmosphere of the place so that’s the missing star for atmosphere. Cheers~

We enjoyed a pre-fixed lunch at Market Place Kitchen and Bar after Hollister House Garden tour on a sunny Tuesday afternoon. The tables were elegantly set with bottles of cold water, cloth napkins, silverware, and printed menus. Our meal began with a refreshing salad featuring radishes, avocado, baby spinach, strawberries, and nuts, all drizzled with olive oil. For the entrée, I chose skillet-roasted Atlantic salmon with roasted vegetables, rice, and green peas under a balsamic sauce. The salmon was absolutely delicious. I accompanied my meal with two glasses of apple juice and concluded with a chocolate peanut brownie topped with chocolate sauce and vanilla gelato, coffee plus a complementary seasonal sorbet.
Despite the excellent food, the service left room for improvement. The staff were polite, friendly, and patient, but the wait time was excessive, with an hour-long wait for the salad alone. Additionally, the women’s bathroom was out of order, there were no salt or pepper shakers on the tables, and the frequent sound of breaking dishes from the kitchen was distracting. Nonetheless, the overall dining experience was enjoyable.

The steak sandwich, albeit slightly up there on price is absolutely delicious 85% of the time. It’s all I get when I go, and almost always it is perfectly cooked tender and fresh steak. There were one or two times I went where the steak cuts didn’t seem to be the best, however I still enjoyed it every time. Drinks are reasonable, parking is fair, and atmosphere / service is 10/10. One of my favorite spots to go, and worth the drive from almost 40 minutes away. Blows all the other marketplace locations out of the water. Again, only reason for not giving a 5 star flat out is the very few times I’ve seemingly got some cuts of steak which have made the better cuts I’ve got that much more coveted. Worth visiting for a meal for sure.

The food was very good. Server was pleasant. First arrived no one at the desk so we stood there for a few of minutes before someone seated us. A young man busing tables saw us and said nothing nor did he get staff to help. After we were seated two others arrived and had similar experience. They ended up walking into restaurant and motioning one of the employees to be seated. Two stars due to the atmosphere. First, as sun was setting and was getting dark out they turned the lights down making the room too dark. Not sure why they think it needs to be so dark. Second, the music. No idea why restaurants think playing loud music adds to the experience. Either you are a restaurant or a night club make a decision. One of the common complaints about restaurants is how loud they have become. Playing loud music results in guests having to talk that much louder or sitting in silence. It ruins the experience and lastly the choice of music that we are forced to listen too because it is so loud may not be everyone's preference. If you insist on playing music lower the volume so it is faintly heard in the background and is not so disruptive people can enjoy each other without shouting.
