Room/suite setup great. Decent hot breakfast. Dog friendly and nice area to walk her. Staff nice. Room run down a bit and could be cleaner. Thick dust, holes/stains on carpet (blood!?), corners gross. Last room on first floor (which we needed) over busy holiday so had to take. All other local hotels booked otherwise would have moved.

I flew to Hartford for a 1-day business trip. This hotel was $185 for the night which was perfect since many of the other hotels I looked at were over my expense budget limit of $200 per night. ||I got to the hotel right around 3pm and the gentleman at the counter was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. He told me there would be an evening buffet of snacks and wine later that evening which was perfect for me because I don't like going out late for dinner when I'm on the road. The buffet was great with complimentary beer and wine, a tray of cubed cheeses, crackers, meats, veggie tray and dip, and the most delicious broccoli cheddar soup. I had two bowls. Very pleasant and helpful buffet attendant as well.||The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Plenty of towels, soaps, etc. I didn't get a chance to visit the fitness center. ||The complimentary breakfast buffet looked terrific with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pastries and more. I was thrilled that they had plain greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and strawberries to put on top. It was delicious. I've noticed that the coffee at some Hilton brands is underwhelming and it was here as well. Stopped at a Dunkin on my way to the business meeting. All in all, it's a good place to stay and I would recommend it.

I always feel at home here and appreciate everyone’s kindness. The pillows and bedding are good as well. And I like the kitchen and dual floor plan. The staff helped us with everything we needed. When the tv didn’t work at first they sorted it out in less than five minutes and it was great. When I needed my boarding passes printed they did that too and were happy to help.

Hotel was clean, rooms were big. The gentleman who worked the evening shift was extremely helpful and friendly. The only con was breakfast wasn’t fabulous could use a waffle maker and cold milk and better looking eggs, and could use a refilling mid way

Nice hotel and close to Uconn, Was in town for 1 night for a business meeting. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean for as busy as it was. Will be back, only negative gain is the soft pillows for me otherwise for my need its a return trip for sure.

Negative points: carpets everywhere... Bleh.
Very disappointing pool area: no hot tub, and the pool itself is way, way to cold. Can't swim in there... Disappointed....

It is really noisy. Especially at night when trying to sleep. The next room's television is on the wall behind my bed. I can hear everything in the next room. And I don't think they are being unnecessarily loud. The sound is not even muffled. There is literally no insulation in the wall. Poor room design. I tried to get my room changed and was told it was fully booked.

Pros- we had a huge suite that was awesome for spreading out and relaxing with two young kids after a long drive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had everything we needed in the kitchen and it made kiddo dinner so much easier.
Cons- My son woke up the next morning with hives, and we're guessing it was an allergic reaction to the detergent used to wash the sheets. The rest of us were fine, but something to be aware of for kids or people with sensitive skin. He's never had a problem in other hotels.
Everything else was fantastic, so that was really a bummer!
