It was a pleasure to work with Christofora Events. From the very beginning, they were always available for quick phone calls or to address any concerns we had. They took care of everything, even down to the smallest details, which gave us peace of mind leading up to the big day.

Angela and Shaye were incredible at breaking everything down in a way that was easy to understand and stress-free. They made sure nothing was overlooked, and we could always count on them to have everything under control.

Jessica was so sweet and easy to work with. She was so helpful in the bridal suite and assisted with anything we needed at our first look, which was off-site.

Angela, Georgina, and the rest of the team at Elite Wedding made my big day run so smoothly. I opted for the Day of Coordination, and I am SO thankful I did. Our meetings leading up to my wedding were detailed and so productive, and I felt like I could rest assured everything would be covered day of. My bridal attendant Claire took care of so many little things the morning of the wedding and was a pleasure to spend the day with. The lead planner handling my event was Georgina, and there aren't words sufficient to describe my appreciation for her. She was so organized, on top of everything, and handled so many logistics behind the scenes before and during the event. There were so many moving parts and she handled it all so well. The women at Elite Wedding are experts in this industry with so much knowledge and many connections. I can't recommend this service enough, and probably if I could do it all over again I would opt for the partial planning option for even more support.

Angela and team were incredibly helpful in making our (complex) wedding day happen without a hitch! Actually more impressive was the number of bumps caused by extenuating circumstances and other vendors that Angela and her team masterfully handled to keep our tight timeline on track without us having to be involved (or even aware)! I can’t recommend hiring Angela enough for not only month-of coordination, but planning hours ahead to keep you on track. She brought up so many things we hadn’t thought of that made planning and the end result that much better – it was a massive help to have her expertise guide us throughout the process with tips on invitation layout, floor plans, vendor reco’s, etc. Our wedding day with two ceremonies (both Indian and American), cocktail hour, and reception was no small feat to keep all vendors and timelines on track and Angela, Georgina, and team did an incredible job! And special shout out to Shaye (bridal attendant) who made sure we had everything we needed throughout the long day.

With other vendors, we liked finding people with easy-going, passionate personalities that were easy to talk to and that we gelled with. However, when it came to our day-of coordinator, we decided we were looking specifically for someone regimented and detail-oriented that was going to keep all of our vendors in check and keep the trains running on-time. Someone to handle the stress behind the scenes and keep us blissfully unaware of it.

Angela handled all of that perfectly. She had every detail ironed out with military precision in the months leading up to the wedding which made the day of the wedding run as smoothly as it could have. Everyone says "something is going to go wrong and you're just going to have to be ok with it and enjoy your wedding day", but truly nothing ever went wrong. And if it did, we certainly never knew about it.

And I credit Angela and Shaye with that. In the months leading up to your wedding, Angela will caution you and give you her expert opinions on how things should be done based on her experience. And if you do still decide to push back on any specific detail you are looking for, she will happily oblige and find a way to do it.

I hired Elite Wedding Planning as my month of coordinator for my September 2019 wedding, and also brought Angela on for rental management, as I was having a tented wedding. Throughout the year, even though she was only my month of coordinator, Angela was generous with her time to answer any questions that I had and to give me advice. She was patient through many rental iterations and helped me narrow my focus to the things that were most important to me. She was always professional and on time to our meetings and calls, and I appreciated that Angela was always real with me, even if sometimes it wasn't what I wanted to hear, because she always had my best interest at heart.

All that's to say, I couldn't be happier that we hired Elite Wedding Planning to run the show our wedding weekend. It's not possible to quantify the value of Elite Wedding Planning on the day of your wedding. Essentially from Thursday through the end of our wedding on Saturday night, I just focused on getting married and being present with all our friends and family and out of town guests and let EWP do the work. The planning part I loved—I enjoyed pouring over all of the details throughout the year by myself and with my other vendors, and am so happy with the choices I made and getting to do it on my own (it felt really worth it and special when it came to life)—but on the wedding day, I could absolutely not have done without EWP.

I was so calm my entire wedding weekend, knowing that Angela and team would take care of anything that came up unexpectedly. I never thought about a single thing all day, or where I had to be, or what time it was. I just let Angela and team take care of it and being able to be carefree and just enjoy every single second was absolutely priceless. A good event planner shields you from anything that might make you feel stressed and lets you just be present. I'm so grateful to have had Angela there on my wedding day so we could enjoy every moment and not worry about a thing. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect ... and it was !!!!!!! Thank you Angela and team!

Hiring Angela as our Day of Coordinator was one of the best decisions for our wedding. She and her team helped our big day to run smoothly which allowed us to enjoy the evening to the fullest.
From creating a schedule that fits for our venue to google docs with all important information, Angela made sure everything is covered. A couple weeks before the wedding she handed the coordination with our vendors, many of which she already knew thanks to her years of experience.
On our wedding day, Angela, Shaye, and Haley were on top of everything!! From directing vendors to setting up everything exactly how we discussed it, directing guests, checking in with my wife and I regularly, to the smallest of details like hanging ear protection headphones over the highchairs for our little guests. We would not have wished for a better team to have on our side that day!
