Amanda and her team brought our wedding vision to life and we can't be more thankful! Planning a wedding during a pandemic could be overwhelming and intimidating, but Amanda guided us every step of the way making sure that we were up to date with the latest CDC guidelines and how we could navigate through the changing requirements. We felt supported throughout the planning process. Amanda helped us assemble an awesome coordinator team that went above and beyond on the day of the wedding and kept everything organized. We didn't think we needed planner support, but are so happy that we had The Union Studio be part of our big day!

Amanda and her team at The Union Studio absolutely killed it as our wedding coordinators. We had the best, best day. Amanda and her holster and her team's black outfits were giving off John Wick levels of get-it-done confidence and made us all feel like they were ready for anything. We enjoyed a stress-free day because of their work and planning. Our families and wedding parties also found them great to work with. The timeline was perfect, everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and the groom even walked down the aisle with his boutonniere in tact despite his best efforts.

Amanda and her team rock - we could not have had a better experience. We started working with Amanda in 2020 and had to push our wedding back a year due to the pandemic, but even so, everything went perfectly smoothly. Her attention to detail and high quality standards and recommendations were key to making our wedding an amazing time. She is very easy to work with and has a ton of experience in and around NYC.

The most important thing for us was for our guests to have so much fun, and Union Studio nailed it. We would highly recommend them for your wedding in and around the NY area.

We cannot emphasize enough how amazing Amanda and her team at The Union Studio are. My husband and I had a very large destination wedding at an atypical wedding venue (The Surf Lodge, Montauk) which required A LOT of planning and logistics to work out— way more than we ever expected. Amanda helped us every step of the way with the welcome party, the wedding, and the goodbye brunch and absolutely nailed every detail. Our guests were RAVING about our wedding weekend and Amanda definitely was the one who made it all so perfect.

I can honestly say we could not have had this wedding without her. She is such a hard worker and truly takes all of her time to make sure her clients are happy and get exactly what they hope for. She made herself available to us whenever we needed her, and helped facilitate all conversations with our vendors. She’s organized, professional, and fights for her clients whenever there’s an unexpected bump in the road. Literally, any small detail, Amanda was on top of it, from the second we hired her until the very end of the wedding weekend. She is an absolute dream to work with and she was such an important part of our day. I HIGHLY recommend hiring The Union Studio for your event as they were by far the best wedding investment that we made. We love you, Amanda! I can not say enough good things about Amanda O'Callaghan. We hired her to help plan my daughter's wedding. Amanda is highly professional, unbelievably responsive and very, very knowledgeable. Her recommendations were spot on and she's always one step ahead of you. She made the process of planning the wedding not only fun but easy. All the vendors love her and love working with her which also is a plus. We interviewed multiple wedding planners and I'm so happy and grateful that we chose Union Studio. Hiring The Union Studio, and working with Amanda, the founder herself, was by far the best decision we ever made for our wedding! Due to covid, we went through A LOT of changes, and she was supportive and helpful through it all! As well, even though we only did the month of service package, we never felt like we couldn't reach out and ask for help/advice when it came to the wedding.

Where The Union Studio really shined for us was wedding weekend. Amanda and her team were so organized, knew exactly how to execute our vision, and were so attentive the whole weekend we really got to enjoy our wedding and our guests without having to worry about anything! Truthfully, it was the best money we spent for our wedding. We HIGHLY recommend their services.
