Great location of place, pretty views, there were a lot of things wrong with the room. Like the door to the laundry area was broken and the sink glogged up often but we didnt put food down the drain at all. Overall though the service was great and everything was beautiful. The map was accurate and my family had a lot of fun.

Stayed at the Bluegreens, fountains resort on I-drive for 3 weeks. We initially had a standard 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, but after an issue with a water leak from upstairs, we were moved to a superior 2 bed penthouse apartment. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, rooms were well equipped with very comfortable beds! Grounds are beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean with BBQs available to use. Pools were excellent, with an abundance of free towels for guest use. Our only issues were patchy internet connection in the penthouse and some early persistence to get us to attend their timeshare sales pitch. These however were minor and overall we’ve had a great holiday experience.

Beautiful room! Had a 2 bedroom condo, full kitchen, W/D in unit. The screened in porch overlooking Lake Eve, Building 4 was amazing, as we could see the fireworks from SeaWorld each night!! Several pools, during day was almost impossible to get a chair, people just leave a towel and never return. Should be a sign that towels do NOT save seats. We had to sit on towels on the concrete. My mom had double knee replacements and cannot sit on ground, so she had to sit at the steps to the pool until we could get her a chair. The poolside food choices was good, little pricy but tasty and convenient. Third time staying here, very convenient to SeaWorld, Disney, shops, etc. We will return again someday hopefully!

We are Blue Green Vacation Club members and would rather pay full price for another resort in Orlando than stay here again.

The suite was not what we requested when we made the reservation a year ago. The response- " we'll what do you want me to do? We're full. " It was listed as fully handicap accessible but my wheelchair bound mother had difficulty getting in the suite due to furniture that couldn't be moved. She couldn't get to the master suite bathroom - the bed was too close to the door, and she couldn't rotate her chair. There was no shower curtain in the other bathroom. The shower curtain in the master suite was moldy. There was no fitted sheet for the sofa bed. The replies to the 3 calls (over a 5 hour span) to the front desk were: "we'll send it over when we can", "wasn't it already delivered?", and then "we don't have anyone to bring it over. You can walk up the hill to the main building and get it from the front desk yourself or wait until morning." That was at midnight. The water was warm, not hot, after more than 5 minutes running.
There was an oily substance on the ironing board that would have ruined my dress clothes had my daughter not seen the shine. The entire suite was dirty- dust, mold, sticky floors and counters. There were palm tree fronds hanging over the balcony rail, making 1/3 of the deck unusable.

We stayed here last year and the experience was very similar. We thought it might have been a fluke, but obviously not. The service, maintenance, and hospitality is appalling.

We have stayed at other Blue Green resorts in Daytona, St. Augustine, and New Orleans. Those have all been high quality. This one in Orlando- "0 out of 10. Would not recommend."

I have reviewed The fountains which is the name of the resort. The main reason I rated the resort 2/5 was because of this building and guest services and room services were not very responsive and dismissive of concerns. If you want to see the full detailed review you can check out the resort review, I discuss the issues with this building and the disappointment.

The entrance to Lake Eve's parking lot is easy to miss since there isn't a sign near the road. There are only 6 disabled parking spaces, 3 on each side of the entrance. Sometimes they park their carts in the spaces next to the disabled parking. Since becoming part of The Fountains they removed the small shop in the lobby which isn't convenient since now we would have to walk to the main building for necessities. The rooms are mostly well taken care of and all have a kitchen and living room. The washer and dryers are hit and miss. Our dryer screeched whenever it was in use so that was annoying. The dish washer also sometimes needed to run twice to clean the dishes. The beds are pretty comfortable but the pillows are a bit too firm for my liking. Whenever we needed to speak to one of the staff they were incredibly helpful, but the tech support for the WiFi was awful. We paid the extra $8 per day for faster internet and my parents barely kept a connection throughout our stay. The elevators also would randomly stop working, making us wait up to 10 minutes for a free elevator (we needed to fit a scooter inside). Overall it isn't worth it anymore at least in the Lake Eve section.

We checked in and our floors had not been vacuumed, there were potato chips on the floors in all the rooms. The floors that weren't carpet were not mopped and the bathrooms were not cleaned. We called down to the front desk and they sent someone up about half an hour later and all she did was a quick vacuum and didn't mop or clean bathroom. We complained at the desk again and all they said was, they would let housekeeping know. The bed in the Master room was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all. The jacuzzi tub which is something I look forward too had not been cleaned so I didn't dare use it. The outside of the building is in a bad need of a paint job, the pool isn't anything special. All in all if you are looking to stay in a LUXURY resort in Orlando, I would not recommend this hotel.

Lots to do. The hot tubs were shut off before the pools closed. Not enough hot tubs in site. We were fortunate to have a jetted tub in our suite/condo. Arcade prizes are lacking but the arcade itself was decent.
