Atmosphere was nice, very diner-esque. Love the updated menus! Our server, Shena was wonderful and not hovering while we ate. We tried the new Caramel Mocha Cold Brew, and it was so good, didn't even taste like coffee, but it wasn't overly sweet either. Very enjoyable cold drink! There was also a second option for a hot caramel mocha which I'll be getting next time.

Overall the experience was great and I could definitely come back!

Fun little chain restaurant located off 20th Street in Vero Beach.
High on Americana and nostalgia .. the decor is clean, bright and airy.

Service was excellent. We were seated immediately and our server promptly brought menus and took our order.

Food was made fresh to order. Served warm .. not hot at all. Slightly above average.

This will be out last time visiting Bob Evans of Vero Beach. Although the service is good, and the staff is nice the atmosphere was disgusting. They may have a bug infestation and our glassware and silverware were dirty.

Food was well prepared but the service was very slow. We waited for 45 for our meal after ordering our breakfast at 10 am at the restaurant which was less than 50% full. We finally ask the waitress to check on our order, overheard the cook explained that our order was lost and we never received an apology.

The food and atmosphere was Mid. Basically overpriced Diner food. Tasted okay but nothing special.

The service was EXCELLENT. The young lady serving us was friendly and welcoming. I feel bad because I can’t remember her name. She was awesome.

The men’s room was not clean. Looked like cleanliness was not a priority. I think if the men’s room is clean then the entire establishment is going to be run well. If it’s not clean… well…

The food wasn’t bad, I haven’t been to a Bob Evans in years, it just wasn't great. It was okay.

We stopped in for breakfast after church. My husband had the "whole hog" while I had the vaggie bowl with scrambled eggs. Both were tasty. The veggie bowl with toast was filling without being overly so. The staff was friendly. Our only disappointment was that it was a little cool inside, as it usually is. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and will return at some point.

Not going to come back any time soon. Had a few issue with dinning in , but take out is a joke. Getting there as the order exchange 3 server hands in getting it together and forgetting one meal on top of it. Then went back. Waiting 15+minutes to get the refund. Manager never did not even come speak with me or issue the refund. Server are somewhat rude. Left my number to call so I can get a refund at their convenience. Would give the food zero stars. Never got it.

Their food is usually good when eating in the restaurant. However, we ordered a catered dinner for Christmas Eve which arrived cold. We didn't have time to cook it, as we thought it was going to be ready to eat. We were disappointed with this but later read that it said the box of food was shipped cooked but refrigerated. It ended up working out as we heated the ham in the microwave that evening with a few sides and had the turkey another day, with plenty of leftovers from both meals for the 7 of us.
