I’ve been wanting to go here for years now. Don’t know why I waited so long! We went for the tasting menu and it was an amazing adventure. I went way out of my comfort zone, but glad I did. I would highly recommend it with the wine pairings. The waiter was a wealth of knowledge and explained every dish that came out and how it paired with the wines. The wines were very intense with two sherrys served. I would have never ordered them on my own, certainly delicious. The tasting lasted almost 3 hours so plan accordingly. Get comfortable because it’s about 10-12 dishes that come out tapas style. All delicious. Ham, lamb, seafood, cheeses, peppers…all flavor bombs. Take your time and savor everything!

This is an interesting experience at Disney Springs’ West Side, but is not for everyone. This is a Tapas restaurant, meaning all the food you order is meant to be shared. The building is large, clean, and might be one of the best-looking interiors at the complex. The service is good, and they do a good job explaining the menu.

The menu itself has a lot of options, so it can be overwhelming at first. However, once you understand it, it can be clear what you want to order. Most of the food here is good, but some of the food can be ordered at Pepe, this building’s quick service location. The Paella had a great presentation with the bells and the waiter shouting ‘Paella!’. It’s a memorable experience. Overall, would recommend if you want a variety of food to eat.

We have dined at Jaleo in Washington DC and Disney Springs. Jose Andreś has definitely set a new standard in fine dining. Some may comment that the servings are “small”. Yet that is the nature of Tapas. Smaller servings but higher quality and more enriched portions.
The tasting menu coupled with the wine paring and Jamoń is incredible! The paella is incredible! It will make you believe that you are in Spain. Trying the liquid olive is a must!
The attention to detail in the service and the quality of the food is impeccable which in my opinion addresses the mission and compassion of José Andreś

We dined in for my birthday. They had several dining options for seating, the garden, inside upstairs or downstairs, outside patio and waterfront. We chose the outside option overlooking the waterfront which was beautiful and quiet. It was definitely a nice atmosphere, beautiful restaurant and decor. The waitress was great, very nice service and even the busboy was quick to clear away plates as we were done with them. The Restaurant is more of a Tapas style dining experience. So they serve small plates like appetizer style so you have to order a combination of several different plates to try. Food was good overall. They also serve large style paellas which is a bit more pricey but depending on how many guests it feeds, 2-4, 5-8 and so on. But the Paellas do take 45 minutes to make, so if you have a lot of time and not in a rush. Overall it was a lovely night and something new to try.

Decent! While I think this restaurant has lots to offer, I unfortunately am not a fan of how the experience worked. So for starters, it’s a tapas style restaurant so I’d recommend getting at least three tapas to have a decent size meal. There is an option to have an experience which I think I should have done as it would have been a much better experience. The ambiance was really cool and the service was good! The food was pretty good but it can be very pricey!

Came with friends for the special tasting menu for Disney’s Dreams that Soar drone show. They have a cool front row balcony overlooking the lake. Unfortunately it was a super stormy night, the show got canceled and they accommodated us getting us a table inside instead. The tasting menu was not cheap but MANY different options to choose from and try and everything was tasty and presented beautifully. Our group felt that some of the dishes, although a tasting menu, were very small to feed a couple. The manager Ella went above and beyond and sent a few extra dishes to our table and a few extra desserts. Overall awesome experience, great service, great food and drinks, fun atmosphere with Spanish music and dancing. Fun night out!

I just wanted to take a moment to express how much I enjoyed my recent visit. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service and Miss Maria S. were top-notch! We sat outside which was a really nice and peaceful place overlooking the water. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the food tasted very good as well. They have a lot of dishes to choose from and serve many different drinks as well, I would say that for everyone there will be something that they’ll like 🙂 We had the garlic al ajillo and the grilled grouper with butternut squash, with that last one being our favorite! Although the food is tasty, I would say that the prices are a bit too high though for the portions that you get. But overall a good experience!
