HIRE SARA!!!!!! That’s all there is to it !! We just celebrated our daughter’s wedding this past weekend. Sara is an exceptional planner and person! I met her 5 years ago when I had already picked a planner for my older daughter’s wedding. We connected right away and I promised her that when my younger one got engaged, i would be calling her. So I had another planner experience to compare with. Sara goes above and beyond with every detail, she is so calm during the entire process. We never felt overwhelmed or stressed during the whole planning . Sara takes care of things without the client even knowing. Last two weeks of planning I was up all night thinking of last minute things that we needed. When I asked Sara …she had already taken care of It. Aside from her attention to detail and her timely planning and her professionalism, she is a kind hearted giving person who has become a friend for life. The vendors she recommended to us were all exceptional and easy to work with. Sara knows how to match her brides personalities with the proper vendors that will work best for both. From bridal shower to rehearsal dinner to wedding …everything was perfection and stress free! I couldn’t recommend Sara and her team enough. You will not be sorry and you’ll be in the best hands for such an important and memorable event.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible Sara is. When it comes to crafting a statement event, Sara sets the standard for excellence and perfection. From the very beginning, it is clear how knowledgeable she is, always keeping our best interests at the heart of what she does. Not only did she help us to remain fantastically organized, introduced us to the ultimate A+ team of vendors, and ensure we made timely and smart decisions, but she quickly became a confidante, friend, and true partner during the planning process.

Sara started us off from day one with a clear checklist & timeline leading up to our wedding weekend. She made sure that we immediately locked in the big vendors... introducing us to our visionary photographer, Jaymo James, to the extremely talented Jenna Wynne Band at Hank Lane, who brought such energy & set the tone for what was the best weekend of our lives; in addition to our florist, Ivie Joy who is a creative genius and the kindest soul, and to so many others we loved working with - we wouldn't have changed a thing! It is evident through these relationships and the meetings with all of our vendors how respected and cherished Sara is in the industry.

Throughout the months leading up, Sara was ontop of the little details and made sure everything we wanted incorporated in our day came to fruition! From joining us at invitation meetings, to dress fittings, and even our tasting, Sara was by our side for every step and memory, big or small. She was always there to answer the phone, a text or email when we needed her, and was infectiously calm, cool, and collected through every challenge and win!

I can say with complete certainty and gratitude that Sara made our dream weekend come true and it would not have been possible without her.

Sara is the kind of person who you WANT on your team, down to earth, super loyal, and always there for you knowing when you need a laugh or just an ear to vent to! I am so grateful to have met her, learned from her, and now to call her a friend for life!

If you are a bride or groom to be and have stumbled upon Sara’s name, consider yourself lucky and don’t wait another second before contacting her. Sara is truly one of a kind and the best wedding planner, pseudo therapist and friend you could ask for.

I would say from the moment we met her we know she would be perfect for planning our wedding, but we actually knew even before our first convo. We were at a friends wedding and every detail was perfect - from the ceremony to the decor, nothing was missed. Her work literally spoke for itself before she even got the chance to. When the brides dad name dropped Sara in his speech, I immediately whipped out my phone and jotted her name to reach out. From our initial conversation, I could tell Sara was the real deal. She is easy to talk to, has all the best recommendations and truly listens to you to help you with the best fit for your event. OR if you’re super indecisive like me and have an all over the place vision, she can read between the lines and work together with you to figure out what you want. Her attention to detail is unmatched and she is the epitome of cool calm and collected.

Sara will make time to come to any and all appointments with you and when she is with you, you feel like you are the only wedding she’s planning that year - all attention and focus is on you and the task at hand. From venue walkthroughs to coming to dress fittings and advocating for me when I couldn’t express what wasn’t working for me with my dress, she is the logical brain to your potential bridal spirals. She is usually ten steps ahead of you, already having reached out to other vendors for little details before you even have the chance to think of them. Not only that, but she will go to bat for you to make your vision a reality - having the tough conversations so you don’t have to and being your biggest advocate. No idea is too outlandish or unattainable with Sara - even if you don’t think it will work out, Sara will do the research and present you with a likely even better option to make it work.

At the end of it all, when the flowers and band are just memories in photos and videos, we’ll remember most how Sara made us feel and continues to support us. Wedding planning can be stressful and from the start, Sara made our happiness and well-being her number one priority. She always made sure we were doing okay. She quickly learned about our specific stressors and would go out of her way to mediate or take those things on to lessen the burden for us. Even if that meant answering the same questions from friends and family over and over, just so it wasn’t on our plate. We will forever be grateful to Sara and feel so lucky to have her as a friend for life now - there is really no one better!

Wedding planning is frequently seen as the happiest time of your life but also the most stressful. I struggled with how both of these elements could be true yet coexist. Luckily, by choosing Sara to be by our side throughout the whole process, I didn't really need to find out! Because I wanted to be involved in every aspect of wedding planning, hiring a planning first concerned me. I didn't want to hand off the work and have someone else plan my special day. I quickly learned that I was able to partner with Sara throughout the whole planning process, use her as a springboard for ideas and a resource for tips and tricks I would have never known and aren't easily searchable on instagram/google. She helped all of the different people involved come to an agreement when we at first may not have seen eye to eye. She also guided us on the need to haves, want to haves and not necessary items that helped us allocate budget dollars more efficiently. Throughout the process, Sara was able to validate my ideas, concerns or even just anxieties and make me even more confident throughout planning.

On our wedding day, Sara made sure that my family and I were surrounded by vendors and people who were completely focused on ensuring we had the best day. Her recommended vendors and supportive staff were there to do anything I needed to relieve the last minute nerves and help me be present in the moment. Not having to think of any logistics and still unsure of how everything came to be as perfect as it was, I thank Sara and her team for the blissful ignorance I was able to maintain behind all that was going on in the background on my wedding day.

Is there a way to give 10 stars? Because honestly, Sara deserves all the stars – from start to finish she handled each stage of the planning process gracefully. She truly was the best fit for us and we believe, the best in the business.

We chose Sara from the start, a seemingly no-brainer choice (out of all the decisions we had to make) after seeing the way she flawless pieced together our sibling/sibling-in-laws wedding in a matter of 4 weeks. Yup. 4 weeks! And it was awesome. She’s that good. We knew that with a year of planning, she would be killer.

A year long of different opinions, different personalities, vendors, etc… yet one thing remained consistent: Sara’s honesty, ability to pivot, and her decision making skills. From florals to band – she opined and together, we were able to make decisions effectively. Without her, we would still be spinning our wheels on the small details, since me and Andy can’t make a decision for the life of us. But with Sara, decisions were made simple.

As we got closer to our wedding date, our relationship changed from partnership into friendship. We joke that we are now apart of her Inner Circle. But really – Sara gets to know her clients and make them feel so valued, a trait we so appreciated and still do today 😊.

Day of, Sara & her team crushed it. They were calm, cool, collected, fun to be with, but also diligent & “always on”, making sure everything was executed perfectly and no detail was missed. We are extremely grateful for her powerhouse team, we truly couldn’t have done it without them.

This past weekend truly was the best weekend of our lives, and went well beyond our expectations. Lucky to have had Sara & now we get to *officially* call her a friend.

where to even begin with Sara and the entire FYP team… I was so nervous about the entire wedding process: the stress, the timeline, choosing venue & vendors, etc. Sara made the process seamless, easy and actually enjoyable! Her calm demeanor allowed me to feel calm and present throughout the entire process. She delivered beyond our highest hopes & expectations. She was attentive to every detail and truly took the time to understand our vision. The day of was completely stress-free allowing me to be present and calm on my wedding day! We felt completely relaxed because we knew that Sara had everything under control.

Leading up to the wedding day, people kept asking me if I am overwhelmed , stressed, or “ready for it to be over”. I was surprised to respond with “no, it’s really not bad”. We owe that to Sara and her team.
