Easy to use. We found differently from other posts here. Cheapest diesel by $1 from anywhere else on the Dalton Highway. Fill-up here and save some money on the way down. 6/2023

If you drive up here as a tourist or to visit, be aware that this is the only place to get fuel and it is very expensive. The only other place to get fuel till you get back to Fairbanks is in Coldfoot which is not only expensive but they could run out as it is the halfway point with more traffic.

We drove up from Fairbanks and had a slow leak in one of our tires by the time we made it into Deadhorse. Two other places gave us limited help but couldn't or weren't allowed to do much for us. Guy at the general store suggested we try the Colville shop. Terry, a friendly Montanan, opened up the garage and got us all sorted out. We appreciate his time and effort helping us out when he didn't have to. Thanks again!

It's a little different procedure to pay at the pump, but they had clearly written directions that made it easy. Considering you're at the end of the road, it's a great setup.
