I can’t have gluten or dairy, and I felt confident eating here. The website has detailed allergen information. The employees knew which items I should avoid and took steps to ensure there was no cross contamination. On top of that, they were so friendly and accommodating.

Interesting place. Wholesome fresh ingredients. Great service! Serious variety. Mix and match your own bowl. Dine in or pick up. The atmosphere is really clean and crisp. Comfortable to enjoy your meal..friendly staff and delectabe,delicious fresh choices. If healthy is your option,and you want good flavors; this is the place!! Construction is in front blocking Cava, but don't be swayed. It's open! Get on down and treat your body to something good. Yes, healthy can be good!

We had a pita with steak and toppings, and bowl with saffron basmati rice, steak, and toppings of choice.
Non traditional soda and drinks (no Coke/Pepsi products here) they have another brand with different flavors, black and Jasmine tea, cucumber mint lime lemonade, regular lemonade and more (all with refills!!!)
All ingredients are fresh, tasty, delicious.
Walk in, choose your item, let them build it as you choose. Yes, Chipotle style serving counter, but definitely not the same food, it's all Greek, if you will. Pita was quite large as was the bowl! Definitely worth price. Great staff and nice atmosphere. Only thing I would personally change is the music in the dining area was a little on the loud side for me. Food though? Highly recommended, will definitely be back, especially for the bowl and cucumber mint lemonade!

Update: went again today, have a few times since original post. Same great quality food and service.

I’d give a 5 ⭐️ if the Falafal would be GROUND CHICKPEAS instead of bunches of whole ones. I used to be able to buy it and just eat it and now I have to take it home and chop it up with a knife to try to break up all the damn chickpeas.

They were balls, but I have to chop em like this to stop running into whole, hard, chickpeas 🤦🏽‍♀️

Fresh and delicious! Familiar with the CAVA chain but never visited. First time tonight. Opened a week ago so be sure to stop by this location and check them out! Also, download the app if you like earning rewards or placing orders to go. Enjoy!

I came here on New Year's Eve. This place is new. It was clean and well staffed and the staff was friendly and engaging. I got the falafel pita and the garlic chips (house made) with classic hummus. The food was very good. Tasty. I'm really happy to have a new restaurant in the area with vegan options on the menu. This food has a north African/Mediterranean flair. Very nice.
