Visited the drive through today…they were very busy but I waited politely. The person servicing the drive through was very polite and apologetic for the delays. At some point while handling a different issue, the person at the drive through window took a wadded up tissue, in-wadded it, and blew her nose. They they proceeded to process my order without sanitizing their hands. I let them finish pulled away, and sanitized my hands and everything else they touched. I didn’t want a confrontation. Covid protocols have been gone for awhile but this was over the top and needs to be addressed. My experience with safety protocols is that if one person in an organization will do this openly, then it’s simply an accepted practice by all.

It makes me so sad to make this review but I have to make others aware. This is hands down, the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I’ve been a CVS customer basically my entire life. Love CVS! Until my recent experiences with this particular store. The staff are so so so rude. They do not want to help you at all. I’ve had a few issues with medications and needing help and they are just beyond rude. They don’t want to spend any time offering assistance. A few months ago, I needed a specific name brand birth control (the one I’ve been on for 14 years) and they didn’t have it. They wouldn’t even tell me other CVS pharmacies that did have it…they said I needed to Google and call myself. I’m top of that, I had called my doctor weeks prior having them write my prescription saying that it MUST be that name brand birth control. This CVS said they didn’t do that and I needed to cal my doctor again or else they will keep filling it as the other brand. I called my doctor and they reassured me that they had sent the prescription saying no substitutions allowed. So CVS just didn’t want to deal with me. After being a CVS customer for soooo many years, I called Walgreens and they were SO helpful!! They told me al log the nearby pharmacies that had my brand of birth control and were so attentive and nice. Do NOT use this CVS. It will make your stressful experiences even worse.

I wish these people cared. You are in health care people are going through dramatic things and you treat them like an inconvenience or scum in a hard challenging time . I pray for you all and your attitudes toward life and people. If you don’t like people or want to help people why be in this business? Look at all the reviews. I couldn’t imagine leaving this kind of negative impact on so many customers and people. You really need to look in the mirror pharmacy. Be better. Be good people . Have better attitudes or get out of the business. I’ve never seen such rude women. Not one of them looked like they care or want to be there. That’s sad. This place needs to have a serious look at all these reviews and make a change. I hope you all see how negatively you are impacting others and I hope you have the courage and hearts to change. I’m rooting for you.

After being discriminated today i now understand this cvs low rating. Customer service is definitely not in their job description and if it is then they must nor understand what customer service means or how to treat patients. I've used cvs for years and even worked for their billing department so I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to eligibility and benefits, the issue started when i went to pick up my meds and i was informed my insurance had termed and i was back on my old insurance which i had in their system saved before as i had mercy care for a long time. I was very confused as to why they couldn't verify it online or why i had to wait another day, so i called my insurance and with the agent on the phone i verified my insurance rx were active! I gave the pharmacist all of the info and after i hung up with a very rude tone told me that my insurance needed to call them to verify the insurance even though i was on the phone with them on speaker so they could hear the agent verify my insurance with them!
The rude pharmacist still refused to give me my medication and insists now my insurance has to call them!!! What was the point of me calling them to get them the info they wanted if she was still going to turn around and ask me to have my insurance call them all out of spite because she wanted to petty. I even had to correct her tone once because i did not at all like the way she spoke to me as if I was one of her children and not a patient! That's ok i well never use this pharmacy again and will have all of my future scrpits sent out to a pharmacy that actually treats their patients with dignity and respect

Don't really ever get great service here. Google maps AND THEIR POSTED HOURS says they're open until 10pm, but the doors were locked at 9:27, all the lights on. Weak and unprofessional. Someone's ditching out on their shift. That's February 16th.

very awkward atmosphere. after scanning and paying for our 2 items at the self-checkout, the gentlemen followed us out and accused us of stealing. not sure if he didn't see us check out, but i am more than willing to prove that i paid for our items, a gift bag and chocolate milk. very unprofessional. 🤥

In a day when customer service is sometimes hard to find I had the pleasure of dealing with your outstanding employee Brooke. She went the extra mile to follow up with me with a phone call to let me know when an item was back in stock. She is friendly outgoing and on top of things. Now that's what I call service! Thanks
