My male kitty had a UTI (not good!) and these folks were so accommodating. Explained procedures and expenses, were very caring and concerned. Offered prescription food plan, and follow up instructions for my regular veterinarian, but also offered to continue care. Followed up on the phone 2 days later, really good service 👍

THEY SAVED MY DOGS LIFE! My Doberman got Bloat (GDV) and rushed to the nearest facility that was unable to perform the surgery. They called 12 emergency facilities that were unable to perform the surgery. EVE Pet Hospital was the 12 call they made (wish it was the first. We rushed over there and they brought her back immediately and saved her life! The entire process was painless for us as we were waiting to bring our pup back home! They gave us continuous updates/pictures and cared for my pup as if it were there own! THANK YOU SO MUCH EVE Pet Hospital!!

I need to tell my experience that happened with my dog and myself for you to fully understand and appreciate how far and above and beyond EVE Pet Hospital went to help me and my precious Luna.

I live in Casa Grande and my dog and I were on our way to Prescott Valley to visit my daughter the day before Thanksgiving. The traffic was horrendous on the I-10. I didn’t even make it outside of Casa Grande before traffic came to a halt. I had to hit my breaks but not very hard, but it was hard enough that Luna hit the back of my seat. All of a sudden she just started shrieking in pain and I couldn’t even get off the highway because everyone was so locked in and there were no exits available, plus police cars were flying down both sides of the shoulder due to accidents. It was horrible!

When I finally got to where I could get off the highway and check my poor puppy, I realized it was very bad and knew I had to find an emergency vet. The closest to me was Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG), so they did everything they could to get Luna comfortable, but when I saw the x-ray of her right hind quarter I nearly hit the floor. Her right femur was completely shattered. They said that there was no way to save her leg.

How could an exciting day turn so bad? I have always traveled with my dogs for many years so I was completely numb by this sudden freak accident. I still don’t know exactly what happened, but there was the thought that she got her leg caught between the back seats or possibly got hung up under the seat somehow.
Veterinary Emergency Group recommended that I take Luna to the EVE Pet Hospital because they were better able to take Luna right away and get the amputation done immediately.

Dr. Robinson was able to make my Luna a priority and did the surgery during the night, Thanksgiving Day. The doctor and her staff took amazing care of my Luna. Luna was such a trooper during the whole ordeal and everyone had so much empathy and compassion for her and myself. I could have gone to my primary vet in Casa Grande for all of Luna’s follow up appointments but I continued to go back to EVE Pet Hospital for all her visits. EVE Pet Hospital is definitely my Go To Place for my furry family. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants the best care for their animals.

As a personal recommendation I would strongly suggest that when you take your furry family on any road trips, make sure they are secure and protected so they stay safe, and go to EVE Pet Hospital for all your pet needs. You will be glad you did.

thank you eve for taking good care of my sosa. we had to come here a few times because my cats condition was chronic. every visit all of the vet techs & drs were so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We never had to wait long for a room or for treatment. They always called and followed up. we had to say goodbye to sosa today & they were so empathetic & handled him with such care. i miss him so much already. thank you eve.

The vet/owner and whole staff were so supportive from the time we entered the facility to the time we left. They took my cat the moment we walked in. Created an affordable treatment plan and we left with my baby already showing signs of improvement. They made a very scary and difficult situation much more tolerable and I left happy with my pet with take home meds after she received doses there. Thank you!!!!

I brought my 1yr old pittie in for a possible obstruction. We were both scared to death. The entire staff was amazing and calmed us down. Hello sooo me and my family rescued a beautiful little frenchie girl named Reyna and she has been really under the weather as of late. She has had quite a few symptoms and was not acting like her usual self so I looked around on line to find emergency Vet services I looked through Google and through the reviews and Eve was everything all the reviews said and more!!! The staff was absolutely AMAZING!!! The girl at the front desk receptionist was sooo sweet and caring and listened to all of my needs for Reyna. She was very helpful and knowledgeable great rite from the start. Then in triage the girl we saw I’m assuming the vet Tec she tooo was just soooo cute sweet and amazing made sure to list all of my worries and assure me and my husband and his son that we were great people for getting Reyna out of the awful conditions she came from and she was soooo good at addressing all of our worries and explained everything we needed to do to care for our little fur baby Reyna. The Vet that we talked to was also amazing checke everything out and gave us everything needed to make sure Reyna is happy healthy and not in pain!!! Looks to me that every one was very kind caring and AMAZING knowledgeable and got our fur baby’s problems figured out and now that we are home Reyna is running around with all the other fur baby’s and she is happy as can be!!! Lastly I am truly grateful and blessed that I found Eve and the fact that their pricing is so very low great great savings! I’ve never seen a cheaper emergency Vet any where so thanks for that you guys!!! I have now found my forever emergency vet I’ll never ever go any where else again with any of my animals!!! Great staff great clean facility and over all great experience even tho we never want our baby’s sick or hurting they now have a permanent client with me and my family and I’ll be sure to send any one and every one that I know to Eve in the future!!!
