My wife and I decided to go and play at the casino at first. Around 730pm, we wanted dinner, Ember looked nice and not too terribly busy. I am so happy we went there. From the start, the staff was exceptionally accommodating. We had a great table and wonderful service. The food! WOW! For starters, we split the wedge salad and crab cakes. Blue cheese dressing was 5 star. Crabcakes were definitely the real deal, phenomenal. We noticed that a lot of folks did order them, so there's that. Entrees ordered; NY strip and baked potato and the Amish chicken. The Prime Select Cut of Beef was absolutely on point, I asked for a med-- cook on it. And that's what I received. Potato was huge and overloaded. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the
Amish chicken as well. All this for 160. Plus, take home leftovers. Needless to say, we will absolutely return, and soon! Such an enjoyable dinner, thank you.

Having dined at Ember nearly ten times over the past year, we have enjoyed our previous experiences; however, our most recent visit was nothing short of extraordinary. So many extra touches and details have elevated the experience.

Last night, we had the pleasure of hosting clients who are relocating to the area, and I must say, Ember surpassed all expectations. I initially believed my wife had arranged for a special celebration treatment, but to our delight, it was simply the restaurant's innate ability to create a memorable atmosphere that made the evening so remarkable. The attention to detail, the warm ambiance, and the impeccable service combined to make us feel genuinely valued and celebrated.

The culinary offerings, as always, were exquisite. Each dish was a testament to the chef's artistry, showcasing an elevated approach to both flavor and presentation. It’s the thoughtful extras—an unexpected amuse-bouche, a beautifully curated wine pairing, and personalized touches from the staff—that truly elevate the dining experience at Ember.

We left feeling not just satisfied, but genuinely appreciated. Thank you, Ember, for crafting such an unforgettable evening. We eagerly anticipate our next visit and the opportunity to create more cherished memories in your wonderful establishment.

We’ve been here to dine on a few occasions. Once for my birthday and once for our Anniversary. Tonight was just a surprise date for me! Like both times before, Ember didn’t disappoint. Our server, Alyssa was excellent. Very attentive and a great personalty.
We don’t make it here often, but we’re always glad when we have the opportunity.

We had a birthday celebration last night at Embers. Four of us. Booked on OpenTable, arrived on time and seated quickly, these guys are working hard to give an upscale experience. It started with an Amuse Bouché with fresh fish, and we ordered a seafood tower. Crab, huge prawns, oysters, mussels, fresh tuna and salmon. Fresh and good. We also ordered a spring salad, great balance of flavor. Served us bread with individual dishes of lemon-infused soft butter. Bread was an assortment of homemade focaccia (fantastic), rye, and other fresh breads.

After wonderful appetizers we moved onto entrees, two bison tenderloins and two sea basses. Accompanied by the lobster risotto (good chunks of lobster, very flavorful), asparagus and the bacon Brussels sprouts. 10/10.

Dessert were two complimentary birthday mousses and a wonderful cheese-infused custard crème brûlée with blueberry.

And after all that, we got a complimentary bite to send home - a raspberry infused carrot cake bite! Stuffed!!

Service was responsive, friendly and prompt. 10/10!

Must try. A bit out of the way but these guys really are shooting for a premium experience.

1st time trying Ember, this restaurant didn't disappoint at all. Yes it's pricey but well worth it. Atmosphere was great, smells coming out of kitchen were amazing, staff and management very knowledgeable and attentive. Food was to die for, cleanest oysters on half shell we've had anywhere. 8oz venison steak, lobster tail and wagu beef cheek was perfecto! I would definitely come back and celebrate another mile stone with Ember! Thank you Ryan you were the best server we've ever had!

The entire team at Ember (specifically our server, Alyssa R.) went above and beyond to offer my wife and I an outstanding evening as we celebrated my birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, drinks, and desserts. This was our first time here, and we will be back!

While staying locally we were looking for a special place to celebrate my birthday and Ember came highly recommended. When arriving I was saluted with birthday wishes, was given a bday card and a champagne toast. Boy, did I feel special!!! The ambiance was fab. Live music was a nice touch. A beautifully appointed Dining room . TJ was our server and he was attentive. Food was delicious. Periodically though the dinner various staff including who I think was manager came over to check in and make sure we had all we needed to make my dinner special. And at the end I got a delicious chocolate birthday dessert. I highly recommend this place. They clearly care about the experience of their patrons. You will get your money’s worth and you will have a beautiful experience.

The meal at Ember was excellent. I had the veal chop, brother-in-law had the sea bass, and my wife had the filet which were all top notch. The service from the entire staff was the best experience in a very long time. I mentioned my birthday in Open Table, and they started off with a birthday card, then a glass of champagne for all of us, a sampling of soup, a small salad for each of us, a chocolate dessert, and a Filipino desert. Overall an amazing experience making it our new go to restaurant when visitors are in town. Highly recommend them!
