We had such a wonderful stay! Everything is new and beautiful; our cottage was immaculate; Felipe, the manager was super welcoming and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The location is ideal—it’s up on a hill with views of the water. The town of Niantic is sweet and walkable with some nice restaurants. Also very close to Mystic, Old Saybrook, Essex and Old Lyme. We spent time in each! Will definitely be back!

This was such a lovely place! Guests for my daughter’s wedding stayed here; they loved it and couldn’t say enough about how quaint and clean they are! We occupied most cottages, as well as used the rec building for hair, and make up. The accommodations are updated, clean and comfortable! Felipe the manager was accommodating, communicative, very helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful weekend!

We am from the area and came home to visit for the Thanksgiving holiday. The stay here was great. Flawless check in & check out. Our cabin was very cute! It was very clean and newly renovated. The bed and furniture were comfy. The game room was very nice and had lots to do. The Niantic Bay water views from the cabin were awesome! The location is perfect, it is close (walkable) to downtown Niantic, the boardwalk and the beach. I make frequent trips to the area and I will definitely try to stay here again.
My only 2 suggestions - maybe put a small microwave in the kitchen for reheating or a quick meal, and a shelf or small cabinet in the bathroom as I had no place to put my toiletries.

The cottage was so cozy, and the location was perfect. It was great to wake up to the sight of the harbor and stargaze a bit before bed. Felipe was very friendly and amenable to our needs. Would recommend to family, friends and friendly coworkers!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The decorations in the cottage seemed professionally done and were very comfortable. The manager, Felipe was so helpful and promptly answered our few questions. It is perfectly situated to enjoy the surrounding area. I would recommend the marina bay Cottages to couples and families.

Marina Bay Cottages is simply beautiful. Impeccably clean and well decorated, plenty of space to stay with friends and family. The host was very kind and helpful. The club house is awesome, there’s an area for bbq and fire pit. Just everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even the other guests were friendly, just perfect. You can visit New London, take a ferry to the islands around or visit the lighthouses. This was my birthday weekend getaway and it will be remembered forever.

Very beautiful and rustic place! Very nature, cozy rooms, peaceful place. Perfect location, close to shops, restaurants, tourist attractions! Last but not least, the host, Felipe, is an excellent person, very calm, nice, who cares about other people, kind, affectionate and very helpful. You can always count on him! I highly recommend this family-friendly and romantic place for your next vacation or holidays!

We took an end of summer family trip to Connecticut and wanted to take in a bunch of sights. The Marina Bay Cottages were located near enough to all of the attractions we were interested in - the beach, fireworks, the aquarium, Dinosaur Place, lighthouse and village shops. Our cottage was clean, comfortable, easy to access and service was great. Access was easy, our stay was relaxing, quiet and just what we needed. My only complaint is that the cottage was light on cookware so we didn’t dine at home as much as we planned. Other than that, it was the best stay. My 5 year old didn’t want to leave. The 2 bedroom was spacious enough to feel like weren’t all on the same hotel room during the evenings and everyone could have alone time if needed. A++
