Everything was super clean, new, and modern. The lobby was large and welcoming, with a mix of sofas, booths, dining tables and work spaces, plus a fireplace. The beds and pillows were great, the shower was clean and hot. The bistro was overpriced but good quality. The staff were all cheerful and professional.

I’d love this place more if it included free breakfast like the other hotels of similar price & quality in this area do. Several of my friends love this hotel because it has a Starbucks inside of it. They really only have simple Starbucks breakfast items available for purchase so don’t expect a full meal.

The rooms were nice enough & it was very clean. No complaints there.

If you are in this area & love Starbucks, this is the hotel for you. If you like a hot full breakfast, look elsewhere.

We spent a week here while renovations were being done on our house. The room was excellent with a mattress encasement (as we requested). The staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised that there actually is a food service in the lobby along with the Starbucks coffee bar. Make sure you know the hours the food is available. The lobby is also very nice with a fireplace and different seating options include booths with their own TV's.

It's just off the exit from I-91 so there is easy access. It's a short drive into the center of Wallingford where there are lots of commercial dining and shopping options.

We had an excellent stay here for a parent’s weekend. It is close enough to a variety of good restaurants. The staff were very attentive to our needs. We were in a clean comfortable king suite and very professional service by Marci at the front desk who was wonderful.

Excellent sleep, comfortable bed, decent size clean room. We stayed here for a wedding nearby. Staff check-in was quick and they helped resolve an email issue with family member. We didn't have the breakfast, unsure if it was included or not. The hotel is across the street from another hotel operated by Hilton. That's all that is nearby, I think it's a 5-10 min. drive to a nearby road with restaurants etc. Staff was nice and friendly. Good spot for a night's sleep!

This is not a new hotel but the service was outstanding. I was very impresses with the on site meal options. They are not included with your room but it was worth paying for. This is restaurant quality food in the hotel.

We were here for a wedding in May 2024. It was a great experience. Yes, the hotel is very nice and very clean, but what made it such a great experience was the staff. I heard there were four weddings going on this particular weekend, but the hotel never seemed crowded or chaotic. There were lots of gatherings in the lobby late at night, and staff was helpful, friendly and completely understanding about any special needs or requests. We were checked on while in the lobby to see if we needed anything. Check in was a breeze and we ate and drank in the bistro while there. Food was great and reasonable. Cleaning staff also made it seem like the hotel wasn't crowded at all - and our room was spotless. The staff at this hotel made it an an amazing weekend for us and we would definitely recommend this hotel for any type of event!!

Really good experience, and a big part is because of the staff. We traveled with our 2 year old, and they set up a crib for him in the room. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and personal. They remembered my coffee order every morning, knew my son by his name and were always super sweet and interacted with them. Marcy and Jessica at the front desk were absolutely amazing, glad we chose to stay here. I definitely recommend it for what it is, awesome experience and exceeded our expectations for sure.
